Villa 15 offers five elegantly designed bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom, making it a perfect fit for families or groups who value space, comfort, and style. Inside, you’ll find soaring 16-foot ceilings in the great room, 12-foot ceilings throughout the rest of the home, and walls of glass that blur the line between indoors and out. Sleek finishes include imported Spanish tile, Grohe fixtures, pivoting glass entry doors, and a chef’s kitchen equipped with European cabinetry and top-of-the-line Miele appliances.  
  
Outside, your private oasis awaits. Enjoy the massive custom pool complete with LED waterfalls, oversized tanning shelves, and fire bowls, or gather around the sunken fire pit to watch the sunset with a cocktail in hand.

\- This home provides an outlet suitable for EV charging. A connector/charging cable is not provided—guests must bring their own charger/connector.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.   
  
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
