If the spa heat is left on, an additional fee of $30 per day will be added to your reservation. Upon request, we can pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees prior to your visit. The heating fee may vary depending on the time of year, with lower fees during warmer months, if applicable. Please note, our pool cleaner comes on Mondays and Thursdays. ⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯ WEATHER AND YARD/POOL MAINTENANCE The desert weather is usually perfect, but wind gust storms can sometimes cause debris in the air. Our pool is cleaned twice a week, with more frequent cleanings during bigger windstorms. However, due to unforeseen weather, there may still be debris in the yard or pool at times. A skimmer is provided for your convenience, and please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns. We always try to schedule pool cleaning prior to your check-in to ensure the best experience. ⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯ EARLY CHECKIN/LATE CHECKOUT We would love to accommodate early check-ins if availability allows, but may not always be possible as we often have same-day turnovers. The pics looked bright, clean, and modern so we took a chance. We were very happy that the house was just as pictured and didn't show wear and tear from renters. The interior of the house has been fully updated and is super clean and well-organized. The pool was perfect for our teenagers and us and there was ample shade with umbrellas and palm trees. Inside, the living room has this wonderfully immense couch that was perfect for post sun-bathing relaxation. The kitchen was well-appointed and really well labelled. Morgan, the host, was super responsive when we checked in and had questions about the A/C, spa, etc. The location is a regular neighborhood, quiet, and close to La Quinta and Palm Desert and the freeway. We were able to use it as a home base and take day trips to Joshua Tree, Palm Springs, and Pioneertown. Only constructive item we passed along to Morgan is that the spa didn't heat as much as we'd liked and she promised to address for future guests. Also, a remote control for the garage would be nice as we kept forgetting the code. All-in-all, a lovely stay at a well-appointed, clean, fresh home. ##### Lisa L.
