We can’t wait to welcome you! 🌴 POOL HEATING INFORMATION •HEATING RECOMMENDED: We recommend heating the pool during the cooler months (October–March) for optimal comfort. •PRICING & NOTICE: Pool heating is available for $130 per day ($95 per day April-Sep) and requires 24 hours’ notice, as it takes approximately half a day to fully heat. •USAGE & REQUIREMENTS: Heating is optional, and you are not required to heat the pool for your entire stay. However, a minimum of two consecutive days is required. •SPA REMOTE ACCESS: If you choose to heat the pool, you will also receive access to the spa remote for full control over the settings. •SPA-ONLY OPTION: If you prefer spa remote access without heating the pool, the cost is $50 per day ($35 from July-August) Let us know in advance if you’d like to add pool or spa heating to your stay! NOTE: If you wish not to heat the pool we include 2 hours of spa time a day at no charge. \*\*\*Need to charge your EV? While we can’t control the weather, please rest assured that the pool is cleaned twice a week for your comfort. •NO PETS: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets due to severe allergies. •NO GLITTER & CONFETTI: To maintain the cleanliness of our space, glitter and confetti are strictly prohibited. •OUTSIDE VENDORS: Any outside vendors, including caterers, private chefs, or other services, must be approved before your check-in date. For your convenience, we provide a gas grill for guest use. Please note that no other grills (charcoal, portable, or otherwise) are permitted on the property. Everything about this property was true. We loved the outdoor space with the view of the mountains in the background. You could not have asked for a better host. We chose the house for the backyard/pool and it was amazing! Something for everyone. My husband and I and our three kids who are all different ages all had something to do there. Spent most time outside. The pool, the outside lounge area, and the games were a huge hit. The pool is not too deep which makes it very easy to play with kids. Beds were super comfortable and everyone slept in! Kitchen and living space inside were also comfortable and open. Communication with host was top notch! The pictures truly don't do it justice. It was clean, lots of space indoors and outdoors, great location, with lots of toys for our toddler and Cinthia was very responsive to any questions we had. Cinthia is in constant communication and we were never left with unanswered questions. The backyard is like a resort with everything you need for entertainment.
