The Space:

Welcome to Sunset Club Los Palos Ranch Estate, your private 5-acre, 3-home ranch retreat tucked behind the gates of Trilogy at Polo. Experience complete seclusion and breathtaking sunsets at this entertainer’s dream, designed for unforgettable moments with friends and family.



The heart of the property is the custom oversized pool and spa, surrounded by fire features and an expansive patio. The chef’s outdoor kitchen is perfect for a BBQ feast, complete with two gas grills, a pizza oven, and an outdoor bar. As evening falls, gather by the oversized wood-burning fireplace under the glow of string lights.



With three separate homes, your group will have plenty of space to spread out while staying connected. The estate features a total of 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.



Main House

Primary Suite: King bed, sofa sleeper, ensuite bathroom, and direct pool/patio access.

Bedroom 2: King bed with a shared hallway bathroom.

Bedroom 3: King bed and a Queen bed with a shared hallway bathroom.



Bunk House (Casita)

Bedroom 4: Custom bunk beds (4 singles), futon sleeper, ensuite bathroom, and private patio/pool access.

Bedroom 5: Custom bunk beds (4 singles), ensuite bathroom, and private patio/pool access.



Barn House

Bedroom 6: King bed with a shared hallway bathroom.

Bedroom 7: Two Queen beds and one Single bed with a shared hallway bathroom.

Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive and private use of the entire 5-acre estate, including all three homes—the Main House, Bunk House, and Barn House. This includes full access to the private pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, game areas, and all on-site amenities listed.



Please note: The main barn structure and a few smaller bungalows on the property are reserved for owner storage and are not accessible to guests.



The Neighborhood:

Located inside the 24 hour guard gated Trilogy Club, our estate and 5 other horse properties sit behind it's own secure set of gates. This is one of the most exclusive and private section of estates in the entire Coachella Valley. Great for biking, walking, and hiking while taking in panoramic mountain views and sunsets.



Getting Around:

Plenty of parking on site. Uber & Lyft available.

We offer private driving/shuttle services (please inquire a week before your arrival).



Other Things to Note:

Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Please inquire in advance.

Pool & Spa Heating: Optional heating is available for an additional fee. Please arrange this prior to your arrival.

Spa Only: $75 per day

Pool & Spa: $199 per day

Rental Agreement: A detailed rental agreement will be sent after your reservation is confirmed for your review and e-signature. Booking confirms your agreement to all house rules.

Extra Services: We can help arrange private chefs, catering, grocery delivery, shuttle services, and mobile massages. Please inquire in advance for availability and rates.

Property Note: Due to Coachella Valley water conservation measures, the north field beyond the barn is not watered. Guests will still enjoy over 3 acres of lush, golf-course quality grass.
