As well as landscaping debris and occasional trash due to the occasional high winds in that area. The community\`s HOA maintains the lake twice a week, but the water’s appearance can vary between cleanings. 👥 Keep it exclusive - no unregistered guests allowed! 🚫 No commercial vehicles or signage allowed after 6 pm. 🔇 Respect our quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. For stays of 30 nights or more: Guests are required to carry renter’s insurance and list the property owner as an Additional Interest. Proof of active coverage must be provided prior to check in, in order to receive access to the home. Failure to provide coverage may result in cancellation of stay without refund. ☆ PET POLICY ☆ 👉 Small dogs only with a max of 3 dogs. Pet fees may apply. There\`s a small fee of $100 per stay to make sure they\`re comfy and cozy, and we keep the home in tip-top shape. We know you\`ll keep things clean and tidy, but please don\`t leave your pets alone in the home.
