Extended Stay Policy: Guests planning to stay for more than 28 days are required to submit a refundable deposit of $2,000\. Pool & Spa During the winter months (recommended mid-September to mid-June), if you'd like the pool heated, you can request a temperature of up to 88 degrees for a fee of $100 per night. \*\*\*Please note that pool heating must be requested and paid for at least 48 hours before your arrival.\*\*\* The pool will not be heated during the summer months. Heating the spa is complimentary, with a recommended temperature range of 100-102 degrees. Furry Friendly We love welcoming your furry family members! Dogs are welcome for a fee of $150 at the time of booking, with a maximum of two dogs per stay.
