Outdoor:
Get ready for a standing ovation from your family and friends for finding this picture-perfect vacation home. Hollywood is jam-packed with so much entertainment, you'll wish you booked a longer stay! Swim the day away in the refreshing pool with a fun water slide and floating putting green. Watch the kids play from the Vegas-style cabana or on one of six lounge chairs. The pool features a baja-style tanning shelf and umbrella, perfect for the kids; warm up in the heated spa with a great view of the entire backyard. Your meals can be prepared on the natural gas barbecue. Enjoy the bar height seating with room for three on the built-in wet bar while the family chef grills away. Dinners can be enjoyed on the patio dining table with room for 16! If that was not enough fun, head over to the side-yard for an epic game of miniature golf with six holes to practice your putting on. On the opposite side of the yard, you will find a lounge area, a billiards table, darts, a large built-in trampoline, and two swing chairs to enjoy the view. Challenge a friend to a game of Classic Bean Bag toss or Bocce-Ball on the lawn. Extra seating around an outdoor fireplace is located just outside Master Suite 1. After the kids go down to bed, enjoy your favorite bottle of wine around the fire pit with room for four. In the garage you will find a EV charging station. Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM and 8 AM Friday and Saturday.

Indoor:
This vacation home opens up to a spacious great room with a gourmet kitchen. There is plenty of room in the great room to lounge in front of a 65-inch Jvc Smart television and natural gas fireplace in comfort under the remote-controlled ceiling fan. The casual dining area features a dining table with seating for six. The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances such as an LG french door refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser and offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal including granite countertops and bar height
dining with seating for three. No spices, condiments, or oils are provided.

Whether you re a seasoned golfer or just starting out, you can practice your swing or play virtual courses from the comfort of your home. This state-of-the-art feature adds a fun and interactive element, making Hollywood not just a place to stay but a destination to play.

Bedroom Descriptions:
Master Suite 1 is located to the left of the entrance and features a King-sized Bed, Queen-sized Sofa Sleeper, 57-inch Sharp Smart television, remote-controlled ceiling fan, and walk-in closet with access to the back patio. The private, en suite bathroom features a soaking tub, tile shower, his and her vanity sinks, and a makeup counter. Get a little workout using the Joroto cycling bike and weights located in the Master Suite 1 walk-in closet.

Bedroom 2 is located to the right of the entry and features a King-sized Bed, 56-inch TCL with Roku Smart television, switch-controlled ceiling fan, and reach-in closet with access to the front courtyard. Shared, jack and jill bathroom features a shower and tub combo, and double vanity smart-sinks.

Bedroom 3 is located to the left of Bedroom 3 and features a Full Over Full Bunk Bed, a Full-sized Sofa Sleeper, a 43-inch Samsung Smart television, a 43-inch Insignia Smart television, and a switch-controlled ceiling fan, and a reach-in closet with access to the side patio. Shared, jack and jill bathroom features a shower and tub combo, and double vanity smart-sinks.

Bedroom 4 is located to the left of the living room and features two Queen-sized Beds, a 56-inch Fire Smart television, a switch-controlled ceiling fan, and a reach-in closet with access to the front patio.

Bedroom 5 is located to the right of the kitchen and features a King-sized Bed, Queen-sized Sofa Sleeper, 56-inch Fire Smart television, switch-controlled ceiling fan, shelved closet, and wine cooler with access to the side patio.

Attached Casita, located just off the courtyard with its own private entrance. It features a King-sized Bed, Queen-sized Sofa Sleeper with a newly remodeled bathroom, complete with an elegant vanity and sink. The step-in shower, designed without doors, includes both a ceiling-mounted and handheld shower.

The hallway bathroom is located to the left of the living room and features a tile shower and a vanity sink.

Location: Hollywood is in one of the very best locations, just off the Golden Mile Avenue 49, minutes from top golf resorts, restaurants, and shopping in La Quinta, just around the corner from the Empire Polo Club, and near La Quinta Resort, and Indian Wells Tennis Gardens. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Starbucks, and all the shops along 111. El Paseo is 10 minutes away. Interstate 10 is extremely close allowing you to quickly head to Palm Springs and other Coachella Valley destinations.
