Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of activities to keep us entertained: pool/hot tub, pool table, game room, open living room/kitchen set up for board games, dining and multiple conversation areas. Cons: We booked a year ago and listing said parking was for 6 cars--it changed to 3 cars later because the garage was turned into a game room which presented a challenge for us since there were 6 families coming from different parts of the U.S. I've rented a lot of vacation homes and this one had no basic supplies like coffee, Kleenex, or salt/pepper which was a rude awakening the next morning! The casita was comfortable but in the 100 degree heat, the metal door swelled and wouldn't lock from the outside during the hot hours of the day. But aside from the few cons, it was a wonderful stay and we had a marvelous time! ##### Sherrie E. We rolled out the ping pong table which was a big hit. The pool was really fun and clean, and the beds were comfortable. If there was something to improve, it could be the setup of some of the amenities, namely the TV and spa. it was really difficult to figure out, and the instructions were only somewhat helpful. We finally figured it out, but it took a while. But overall an amazing place and would definitely stay again ##### Leonardo R. Séjour de 2 nuits en juin 2023 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Gary M. 16 mars 2023 #### Nice location and fun property for a group We enjoyed our stay at the Hollywood house for our group of 10, which included 4 kiddos between the ages of 8 and 11\. The house has a good layout for this sized group and the backyard with the various amenities was super fun. Things that are less fun were the booking process that includes lengthy waivers and a background check, some maintenance issues with the home, the home not being fully clean upon arrival and multiple fees that significantly added to our final bill. The management company is focused on the business and delivering a great experience at a clean, high-end property seems to be of a lower priority. Overall we had a good stay here but it wasn't perfect. ##### Gary M. It was so fun and so many things to do! The pool/jacuzzi were very clean, and the temperature was perfect. The house as well stocked and very comfortable 👏The management was very communicative and responded very quickly to all of my questions! The living/family area was very accommodating for our family and guests. The outside amenities were the best! Nice pool and spa, trampoline with a safety net for the kids, pool table, bean bag toss AND 7 putting greens!! Did have to go to the store and get a few floatation items so a pump would have been nice for blowing them up. The people at VacanzaStay were great to work with and almost immediate response to questions and requests. I would rent this property again! ##### John "Scott" F.
