Boasting nearly 4,000 square feet of luxury, this professionally managed 7 bedroom estate on a half acre features resort-style amenities including an outdoor kitchen and bar, putting green, approx 80 degree heated pool/spa, and outdoor game area. This estate was recently fully remodeled including all new cabinets, Thermador appliances, massive center island, new flooring, and luxury showers. The Rose at Montage is the ultimate destination.  
  
LIVING, KITCHEN & DINING  
  
The impressive vaulted foyer welcomes you to an experience unlike any other in the Palm Springs area. From the foyer, choose from the stunning open great room and chef's kitchen, billiard room, luxurious bedroom wing, or head straight to the enticing pool complete with deck jets, cabanas, and chaise lounges.  
  
Professionally appointed with designer furnishings and decor, the Great Room includes a gas fireplace and 65in smart TV with DirectTV (all sports packages).  
  
The main kitchen is outfitted with everything you (or your private chef) will need to create and present gourmet feasts. Thermador refrigerator/freezer columns, gas range with 6 burners and griddle, two ovens, numerous kitchen appliances, and dual dishwashers make meal preparation and clean-up a breeze.  
  
OUTDOOR AREA  
  
Whip up culinary creations in the stunning outdoor kitchen, complete with a gas grill, cooktop, griddle, warming tray, multiple refrigerators, dishwasher, ice-maker, 5-tap keg system (available for an additional fee), sink, cocktail station, and two 4K outdoor smart TVs. Gather for formal or casual meals at the outdoor dining table that seats 20, or the dining table off the kitchen that seats 12.  
  
Enjoy the incredible desert climate with your completely private, resort-like grounds. Sip cocktails at the bar, lounge at the pool-side fire table, escape the desert sun in the outdoor living room, play in the pool, or get competitive outside. The spacious game area offers bocce, foosball, table tennis, and cornhole in separate settings. Relax in one of the chic pool-side cabanas or practice your aim on the putting green. The heated waterfall pool (5' deep) features a tanning shelf with umbrellas and an oversized spa.  
  
BED & BATH  
  
The 7-bedroom estate is composed of a 4BR main house, 1BR en-suite casita with a separate entrance, and a stand-alone 2BR mega-casita. Each room features a smart TV with DirecTV and may be staged as 1 king bed or 2 XL twin beds (except for the primary king and the en suite in the main house with two queen beds). The gorgeous primary suite has direct backyard access and a spa-like bathroom with dual vanities, soaking tub, water closet, walk-in shower, and walk-in closet. The mega-casita hosts two bedrooms separated by a partial wall with a glass fireplace, an en suite bathroom, and a kitchenette.

No pet(s) are allowed without specific owner approval.  
This estate is a single story residence.
