Bliss features a Private pool and spa with a modern design with an outdoor bar, nestled in a private gated community, walking distance to the polo grounds made famous by Coachella Music Festival and just minutes away from the shopping, dining, spas, golf and casinos...you'll never lack for entertainment!  
  
Outdoor: Enjoy some fun in the sun by taking a dip in the pool or catch son rays on the tanning shelf or the 4 lounge chairs. Grill up hamburgers and hot dogs on the built-in barbecue, then sit down with the family at the outdoor dining table for 12 which features a ceiling fan. Work off some of those calories and have a ping pong tournament which also features a ceiling fan or practice your putting skills at the courtyard putting green. After the kids are down for the night, kick back in the heated spa or enjoy a cocktail at the built-in bar which features seating for 5 and min-fridge or around the fire pit with seating for 6.  
  
Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM and 8 AM Friday and Saturday.  
  
Indoor: The interior of this home is simply Bliss! Catch the big game on the 65-inch Samsung Smart TV in the living room, which features a ceiling fan, fireplace and seating for 10-12. Whip up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen which features stainless steel appliances such as the French door refrigerator with a freezer drawer and in door water dispenser and ice maker and a double oven for those holiday dinners. Take a seat at the kitchen bar with seating for 4. Sit down to family or maybe even a friend-giving meal at the dinning room table with seating for 12. Challenge a family member or a friend to a game of pool or 9-ball in the cool game room.  
  
Bedroom Descriptions: Master Suite features a Cal-King sized bed, a Full-sized sofa sleeper, a comfortable reading chair, 40-inch TCL Smart TV, remote controlled ceiling fan, two walk-in closets, private access to the patio. Private en suite bathroom has a tile shower, oversized soaking tub and tiled countertops with double vanity sinks.  
  
Suite 2 is located next to the front door and features a Cal-King sized bed, 40-inch TCL Smart TV, ceiling fan, reach-in closet and French doors leading to the courtyard. Private en suite bathroom has a tile shower and tiled countertops with a vanity sink.  
  
Bedroom 3 is located next to bedroom 4 at the end of the hallway and features two Full-sized beds, 40-inch TCL Smart TV, ceiling fan, reach-in closet and dresser. Bedroom 4 is located next to the laundry room at the end of the hallway and features a Queen-sized bed, 40-inch LG HDTV with a Roku stick, ceiling fan, reach-in closet and dresser. Bedroom 5 is located in the entry way from the front door and features two Full-sized bunk beds, the first one can sleep 5 including a Twin-sized trundle bed and the second one can sleep 4 with the top and bottom bunk bed. It also features a 42-inch TCL Smart TV and, ceiling fan.  
  
There is a full bathroom located across the hallway from bedroom 3 and 4 which features a combo shower/tub with a double vanity sink. The powder room is located near the entry way and features a pedestal sink.  
  
Bed and Sleeping Summary: 2 Cal-Kings, 1 Queen, 2 Fulls, 1 Full Bunk Bed, 1 Full Bunk Bed with Twin-sized Trundle, 1 Full Sofa Sleeper. Sleeps 21.  
  
Other Amenities: Wireless internet. High quality linens, bath and pool towels plus a starter set of L'Occitane soaps in each bathroom. Fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. Off street parking for 6.

Location: Bliss is in one of the very best locations, just off the "Golden Mile" Avenue 49, minutes from top golf resorts, restaurants and shopping in La Quinta, just around the corner from the Empire Polo Club, and near La Quinta Resort, and Indian Wells Tennis Gardens. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Starbucks, and all the shops along 111. El Paseo is 10 minutes away. Interstate 10 is extremely close allowing you to quickly head to Palm Springs and other Coachella Valley destinations.

#### Benefits of renting a home versus a condo

Generally, we had a nice time in the rental. The house was relatively new, but there were issues: no vacuum cleaner; a terrible broom and no dustpan; broken box spring on one of the beds; a gas leak in the fire pit; but the worst problem of all was a dilatory pool maintenance company, which was slow to fix the heater on the spa and failed to regularly come and clean the pool, which meant our kids and grandkids couldn’t use the pool or the spa for days, which was largely the purpose of renting this particular home. While the local rental management company was very considerate and tried to address the problems, the pool maintenance company wasn’t quick or responsive at times and missed scheduled appointments. Further, when I contacted VRBO regarding my concerns, they appeared to take my concerns, but then quickly sent me a survey closing out my complaint report without ever addressing any of my concerns. So, VRBO did not earn their excessive charges on this rental! I will be surprised if VRBO actually posts this survey on its website and is truly open to such constructive criticism We shall see!

The property was as-advertised, plenty of comfortable beds, fully functional kitchen and BBQ. Fire pit and spa were great for socializing outside. Master bedroom toilet can be finicky and the window coverings need some attention but otherwise fantastic.

#### Amazing Power Trip

We had a great time staying at Bliss. I've stayed at numerous rental properties before and this is by far my favorite. The house has a great layout which gave everyone some privacy and quiet time when we were away at the festival. The pool and backyard are super inviting. We spent a lot of our days in the pool. The best part though was the ease and communication given by management. I definitely plan to rent with them in the future.

#### Spacious and comfortable

The property was very spacious, clean, well-equipped, and the pool was a highlight. Great for hosting my bachelorette party! Check-in was a breeze as well. For large groups, something to consider is the neighborhood does strictly enforce quiet hours (lots of signage on this) but this is fairly standard for the greater Palm Springs area.

#### Delightful February vacation

This is an amazing property in a gated community that is exactly as pictured and described in the VRBO listing. Our extended family enjoyed all the amenities including the pool table, ping-pong and the putting green, not to mention the heated pool and spa. Communication with Vacastay was easy and they were quite responsive to all of our needs. #### Gorgeous as photos, one big drawback

Short review: property is gorgeous as advertised, great spaces, clean and everything you could ask for. Very spacious, great amenities, perfect for large groups. Except for one major thing…. Going out for a desert weekend getaway in the summer, people have one thing in mind, hopping in the pool. Our weekend featured temperatures around 100 degrees, which is perfect for pool time. However, this pool IS NOT COOLED. The water was literally warm, felt much like a bath. In that heat, the pool being warm was very much a disappointment and almost ruined our weekend. We actually went to the local Costco to purchase a gazebo to place over the pool. Major drawback for the home, otherwise it is ad advertised. Loved the home, but likely will not stay there again. Please be aware of this feature

#### Perfect House for a weekend with friends

The house was amazing and had everything we needed for a weekend get together with friends! The rooms were big and beds were comfortable, there were a ton of kitchen tools to use, and we loved the backyard and pool. Thank you for such a great experience!

Great house for our Coachella crew this year. Check in was easy and the house house was as advertised. The management company was always available to answer any issues we had with the house. Would stay again next year!!

We all had a great time at this beautiful property, including the dog! The pictures are up to date and accurate. The house had everything we needed, was very clean and the pool, pool table and ping pong table were all big hits with the family. The neighborhood is also nice and quiet. We will be back again!

This house is a wonderful place to stay with your family. We loved the warm pool, which became a perfect playground for our 3 year old. Outdoor ping pong was a blast too! This place felt like home immediately, yet we were clearly on vacation - THANK YOU for sharing your house with us.

This was the perfect property for our recent stay in Indio! It was clean, updated, spacious and well appointed. The kids (big and small) enjoy the amenities- fire pit, pool, ping-pong, putting green and pool table. The check in / out process was seamless. I would definitely stay at Bliss again in the future.

Excellent location, close to amenities but in a high-end gated community. I would definitely rent again. Pictures are 100% representative of what you get. Big, clean home with everything you need. Really comfy beds too! Pool and spa sparkling clean and just the right temps during our visit. Much appreciated.

#### Fabulous house for large groups!

We enjoyed our stay at Bliss very much! The house was perfect for our group of 22 people. There was enough space and activities to keep everyone entertained. The pool and spa were beautiful, clean and heated to perfection. The house was fully equipped and we had everything we needed. While there were a couple things that needed fixing upon arrival our time in the house wasn't affected by this. It would have been nice if maintenance actually showed up to fix remaining issues on day 2 but we managed just fine! We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this house!
