Beautiful, luxurious desert home

  • Highly desirable San Miguel located at the popular Sun City Shadow Hills() guard gated development featuring an array of amenities year round. Inside features include formal dining/living areas, separate DEN, designer furnishings, custom shutters/blinds, ceiling fans, upgraded granite a large spacious gourmet kitchen & breakfast bar overlooking the great room. Master BD has direct access out to the spacious patio, dual sinks & over-sized walk in closet. Attached (secondary) Casita includes direct access from the courtyard entry. Fruit trees, custom built in BBQ, a fabulous fire pit and a soothing rock built waterfall making this great for entertaining family & friends.
    (At least one tenant must be 55+ years or older, minimum lease is 30 days, and guests must register at the HOA office.)
