Enjoy the open floor plan and impress your friends with your hidden talent on the Billiards table or take in a roaring fire while creating new memories of your vacation. Outdoor: This spacious yard is over half an acre and features all the amenities you would need to enjoy your vacation, you will wish you booked a longer trip. Start your morning off with a friendly game of Pickleball on the brand-new court, then cool off in the large pool that is sure to impress. The sparkling pool features a tanning shelf great for the kids to splash around in, dry off on one of four lounge chairs. Make sure to bring your favorite food to barbecue on the built-in barbecue or your delicious pizza recipe to cook on the outdoor pizza oven. Plenty of room for the family to watch the chef in action on one of six bar-height chairs. Enjoy your lunch on the patio dining table with room for 12 and enjoy the outdoor television, then head over to relax on the patio furniture with room for eight. The inside was great with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for us, well equipped kitchen, games, nice family room, etc. And the outside was really fun -- pool, spa, firepit, pickleball/basketball, putting green, and a nice-sized yard for kids. We had a couple of minor hiccups early on related to the pool not being heated but management quickly made it right. The management company was very easy to deal with and very responsive. Ping pong, Pickleball court, basketball, putting green, darts, frisbee golf, corn hole, pool, spa shuffleboard. But it is worn out. Old appliances, dirty carpets, scuffed walls. Needs a paint job. Courtyard & garden has dead plants or none. Bulbs out in courtyard. Gardeners only came once in 30 days that I rented the house. Pool guy was great. This house is obviously for Coachella & Stagecoach groups that stay a few days. But I was staying a month with friends for a lot of money a day. There was not even one box of Kleenex in the house, one paper towel, on TP per bathroom. No hand soap anywhere. I have rented all over the World and never had to go get these things the minute I move in. I had to ask the management company for extra towels, bath rugs, set of sheets and an ironing board & iron. They did bring them. But it is a bare bones house. Very few kitchen supplies for entertaining and miss matched dishes & glasses. No table cloths or placemats etc. The main floor in the house has a rock floor that is usually used for outdoors, very uneven & ugly dark brown. Can not walk barefoot on it and one of my guests almost fell. Bedrooms are very sparse and bedding is very cheap. Outside furniture is also very cheap and uncomfortable. Plenty of seating but hard to sit for long. I was very disappointed in the house especially how much I paid. The pool was amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked. It was in a great gated neighborhood, perfect for taking the dogs and kids for a walk. This house has so much to do that we couldn't get to all of it. We had so much fun! The pool, pickle ball court, ping pong table, pool table, and the kitchen were all fully stocked. The house is large (we totally missed one bedroom) but a bit worn from all the rentals. The house is well-suited for a big group as there are a lot of beds (no one has to share a bed). The table in the back yard can accommodate a big group and it was fun to have a large screen TV outside as well. We took advantage of the pickleball court too. It's so private, and has so many amenities. The pool is very large, and the spa was wonderful. We loved the pickleball court and outdoor ping pong table. The owners are very responsive and responded to our texts within minutes. The house is located in a gated community and we felt very safe and secluded.
