Look no further, our large 4 bed 2 bath awaits! Our stylish and spacious home, nestled in the Indio neighborhood, is the perfect group getaway. Take a short trip to downtown Palm Springs or enjoy our fire pit, BBQ grill, pool and spa in our private backyard. This home boasts skeeball, brand new appliances, large indoor dining space, multiple TVs with Hulu, Netflix, Disney+, Youtube TV, and tons of more entertainment!! The Space: \*\* Pool Heating \*\* Pool heating is available so you can enjoy it during cooler weather! The price is $100/day. We need at least 48-hour notice for pool heating. Pool heating needs to start 24 hours prior to your arrival and will be heated between 80-85 degrees. The fees are applied for all nights of your stay. Please also note that the pool and spa rely on one heating source and can only be heated one at a time. This is a dreamlike location with incredible decor and atmosphere, the perfect backdrop for your trip. Our hope is that you enjoy every part of your stay; from making coffee in the morning, to pouring a glass of wine to end your day, to looking out at the breathtaking sunsets from the backyard. The property comes with a heated swimming, backyard sofa set with a fire pit, BBQ grill, and patio furniture to maximize your fun all year round. We also have smart TVs. Please note that the pool and spa cannot be used during quiet hours starting at 10pm. We also service our pool between each guest to ensure it's perfect for your stay. Please be respectful of our neighborhood. This house is in a quiet community, and as such, we require that guests avoid loud music, parties at night, or hosting large groups. If we receive a noise complaint, we will have to contact the appropriate authorities. Upon a 2nd noise complaint, you will be asked to leave. Parties and Events - Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours, which start at 10 pm, are strictly observed. To ensure that our guests do not exceed a certain volume level and disturb our neighbors, we use a NoiseAware decibel level monitoring device. They are located in the home's common area. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. We have ring cameras in the front and the back of the house for security purposes. Please do not unplug them to avoid fines. No smoking is allowed on our property. If our cleaners smell smoke, you will be charged a fine starting at $300.00\. We care deeply about the health and wellbeing of our guests and smoke of any kind leaves a smell for the guests after you. Please clean up after yourself.
