The heart of the home is the fully stocked chef’s kitchen, complete with brand-new premium appliances for all your culinary needs.  
  
This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.  
  
Sleeping Arrangements:  
\* Bedroom 1: One King Bed with an ensuite bathroom and Smart TV  
\* Bedroom 2: One King Bed  
\* Bedroom 3: Two Twin Beds (can be converted into an additional king bed)

Our home is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. Please be considerate of them as you stay in our home. Quiet hours are strictly enforced at 10 pm and we have a strict no party policy.

We believe in giving our guests complete privacy to enjoy their stay. While we won\`t be present at the property, we are always available and responsive via the messaging app should you have any questions or need assistance. Our goal is for you to feel at home and have a self-sufficient, relaxing visit.

\- All guests need to provide ID copy. Alternatively, guests screening can be done on AI based Chekin platform. Guests verification must occur up to 24 hours before check-in date.   
\- Rental agreement signed   
\- Per Indiana Law. all guests must complete Check-in form.  
  
For everyone’s safety and a smooth check-in:  
The person who made the booking (main guest) should be present at arrival.  
If you’re booking for friends or family and won’t be staying yourself, just let us know in advance through the platform and share the names, address and phone of all guests who will be staying.
