This modern 3 bedroom 2 bath house is close to downtown Indianapolis - Monument Circle (13 min), Lucas Oil (10 min), Gainbridge Fieldhouse (14 min), Convention Center(11 min) and Fountain Square(9 min).  
  
This property has a generously sized fenced backyard which is an ideal space for your furry companions.  
  
We verify guest ID as part of the check-in process. Guests have the option of doing it online or in person when they arrive. Guest needing self-check-in or arriving late (after 9pm) will only have the option to do their ID verification online as there will be no in person contact for check-in.

#### Beautifully updated home

The home is beautifully updated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check in was easy and Gideon was kind and responsive without being intrusive. I loved the little touches that made it feel like a fancy hotel. The beds were extremely comfortable as well. If you need a place to stay in this location, I highly recommend it.
