To get to the game room: From the kitchen, look to your left, you’ll see two doors side by side (one for a bedroom and one for the laundry room). Go through the laundry room door, walk in a little, and you’ll see the game room on your right.

The home features keyless entry. A code will be provided to you prior the arrival.

Additional fee for more than 6 guests, $25 per person/night.

Booking Policy:
To ensure a positive experience for all guests, instant booking is only available to profiles with a minimum 4-star review rating. Reservations made by guests with lower ratings may be canceled.

For new profiles without reviews, all booking requests will be carefully reviewed and screened before confirmation to maintain the quality and safety of our home.

For guests with no reviews / negative (lower than 4.9) reviews / unverified profiles, please note we do require a $500 Refundable damage deposit to be paid. The refundable security deposit will be refunded after check-out (granted that there are no missing items, damages, etc. to our home after your stay).

Please note that there will be a rental agreement sent after a confirmed booking. The guest is required to sign it in order to get property access.

Pet-Friendly – Please Read Before Booking
We love hosting dogs and there will be a pet fee of $150 per pet, but kindly note the following pet rules to keep the space clean and enjoyable for all:

* Dogs only – no cats allowed
* Limit 2 well-behaved dogs under 50 lbs (more may be approved on request)
* Keep pets off beds and furniture
* Use a crate if leaving your dog unattended — no free roaming indoors
* No indoor accidents – potty-trained pets only. Potty pads are not provided
* Clean up after your pet (inside and outside)

A $500 fine may apply for:
* Indoor accidents or strong pet odors
* Pets on beds/furniture
* Unapproved pets

For the safety of the owner’s belongings, exterior security cameras with motion detection are installed at the front, back, and side yards, as well as at the doorbell.

During summer months, we recommend bringing your own bug spray if you’re sensitive to mosquitoes. Despite regular pest control, mosquitoes may still be present depending on the season. Please ensure to bring your own bug spray.

Pool is private, unfenced, nonheated, and Open during warm months only May/Jun-Sep.

Please note that the pool may appear to have some discoloration on the walls. Rest assured, this is simply due to the paint and does not affect the cleanliness or safety of the pool in any way. It is serviced on a weekly basis with chemical and balancing pH.

No lifeguard at duty, use the swimming pool at your own risk. We have weekly pool maintenance that occurs on Fridays and they will access the pool via the backyard so you will not need to provide access.

Hot Tub Guidelines

-Please shower before entering the hot tub.
-Enter and exit slowly,no jumping or diving.
-No glass or alcohol in or around the hot tub.
-Children must be supervised at all times.
-Pregnant guests and those with medical conditions should consult a doctor before use.
-Anyone with heart disease, diabetes, or low blood pressue should consult with a doctor before entering the hot tub.
-Keep soak time to 15-20 minutes and avoid use over 104°F.
-Always replace the cover after use and avoid sitting or lying on it.
-Turn off high jets when you're done.
-No soaps, oils, or bath products in the water.

✹✹✹ Please Note:
Only toilet paper should be flushed. Items such as wipes, feminine products, and diapers can cause serious plumbing issues and must be disposed of in the trash. Clog repairs due to flushing prohibited items may incur a $300-$1000 fee.
