Outdated! Small bathrooms with low ceilings. Small narrow hallways. Very loud doors that slam to be heard by all. TV never loaded content to watch. Outside courtyard is a fun space but in disrepair & closes at 10pm. Only one very small bar of soap in the bathroom. All very disappointing for the price tag. I would never stay at this hotel again, for even 1/2 price.

I checked into this hotel at 5pm and checked out at 11pm. I couldnt even stay a single night which was frustrating because I paid for a non-refundable room. The hotel is extremely dated which was surprising for the Marriott brand. It is also part of a conference center which I wish I had realized prior to booking. The carpet was worn, the furnishings were also not of the quality I'm used to when traveling with Marriott. I was highly disappointed. I typically stay at the Courtyards so didn't realize the difference across the brand. There was a sports tournament in the area or something with a bunch of kids staying at the hotel. They were running through the halls, it was extremely loud, and very little supervision going on. I went down to the lobby to speak with the front desk and it was just worse down there. I ended up walking back to my room, packing up, and leaving. Oh and they charge you for parking which is weird for a hotel that is not downtown.

Better than expected, but my expectations were low. We walked into a hallway that had blood and dirt on it. Address takes you to the wrong side of the building. Everything is expensive and the elevator is slow and very noisy.

We had to wait on our room to be ready at a checkin until after 5pm. The room we were given due to the issue was not what we booked through Expedia . Hot tub was dirty with sand and did not work. The pool was cloudy. Breakfast buffet was very good and we had a clean room.

The Property look very clean and modern when you walk in, but when you go to the second floor where we stayed, the hallways look outdated and the carpet look old. The room was smaller than what it looks on line, the window did not closed all the way, so we can hear all the traffic from the street and the parking lot, also you can hear the conversations from the people downstairs, the door to the room did not closed, you can see the light from the hallway and hear everything too. The food in the restaurant was made for people from the south of the United States, Chicken Wings, Fried, Grill, Crispy Chicken Wings, BBQ Pulled Pork, BBQ Pulled Chicken, Pork chops,( no, Steaks, Hamburgers, Salads, Grill Chicken, or anything healthy and nutritional) Very disappointed specially with what they advertise and how much they charge for something like this. really bad service in the restaurant.

I stay here regularly when I visit family in the area. It is reliable, responsive, and by far the best place to stay on the East side near the interstates. The rooms are clean and well maintained or new; the restaurant is very good; the fitness center is well maintained and has everything you need. Easy free parking. I highly recommend it.

Very pleasant visit
We arrived for a birthday party. This place is huge!! It was very comfortable and the staff was very nice. We enjoyed watching the football game and basketball game at the same time with the 3 televisions at the bar. I would have enjoyed a little more foot choices at the bar.

I stay here when ever I visit Indy Its close to downtown always very very clean and if you have any questions or concerns they are on it immediately! I love the customer service at this location!

Front desk staff was very friendly and very helpful. Restaurant was far from that. Called to order food and was on hold for around 20 minutes and no one came back to the phone. Hung up and front desk took my order to help me out. Picked up food and it was wrong and I had to go back downstairs and get the rest of my order. Got a baked potato and was given no utensils to eat with and ordered a cheeseburger and got absolutely no condiments with it. Restaurant definitely needs some work. Food and service was terrible. For paying $50 for 2 small meals you’d think you get utensils and some condiments.
