The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and dinnerware. There are 2 full bathrooms, one with a full-tub/shower and the other with a shower. Bedroom 1, the master bedroom, has a queen size bed, and bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen and a twin size bed. Both bedrooms are spacious and have closets. The loft area has 3 twin beds. There is also a mud room with washer and dryer. Home has phone, internet and DISH TV Linens are provided but please bring your own beach towels for outdoor use. Our home is located on a private road minutes from the center of town with private access to the Cedar River and on-site nature trail. In the warmer months, perfect for an easy walk from your door to the soothing sounds of the cascading river water. In the Winter, right on the Indian Lake snowmobile trail with easy access to Blue Mountain Lake, Speculator, Long Lake and the Moose River Plains trail system. Skiing at Gore Mountain is only 20 minutes away. Indian Lake also has its own ski hill and ice skating rink to enjoy. Spring season begins with whitewater rafting down the Hudson River, launching right from Indian Lake. The area offers endless outdoor fun but also is centrally located for exploring all the area has to offer – museums, movie theater, shopping, restaurants, water parks, golf, leaf-peeping and scenic drives in the fall... The town of Indian Lake offers a full calendar of activities and events for all seasons. We skied Gore mountain, which is short and easy drive from the house (20 minutes). We also enjoyed cross country skiing at Garnett Hill (also a short drive). The house was very cozy, clean and well stocked! We were especially thankful for the wood for the fireplace as the temps were in the teens and we woke up daily to snow! The kids enjoyed hanging in the loft area although my daughter loved sleeping in the “log cabin” room. We would love to visit again in the summer to enjoy the nearby lakes and hiking trails. We were able to enjoy a cozy fire, the water pressure was amazing, the open floor plan was very nice! We all slept very well in comfy beds with soft sheets! It was very clean with every amenity you could want at a great price. The experience was awesome and everyone in the family wished we could have stayed much longer. Séjour de 3 nuits en septembre 2024 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Anna S. 6 sept. 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### Short but very nice and relaxing stay We came for the “parents weekend” at the Long Lake camp for performance arts, so frankly, didn’t spend that much time at the house itself, but definitely would love to come back just for few days to relax and unwind. It’s a rustic house next to the wood, very charming and peaceful, perfect escape into nature. The owner was exceptionally accommodating, responding to our questions within minutes. All the amenities/ bedding- all in great condition (you have to read carefully the instructions on how to turn on the hot water, lol). The bottle of wine was a very nice touch ;) ##### Anna S.
