The Space:

Satellite Beach sits on a thin barrier island between the Indian River Lagoon and the Atlantic - and Turtle Pointe puts you right in the heart of it. Step outside and the ocean is a five-minute drive away. Come back to your own private pool, a fenced backyard, and a grill ready to go. This is Florida living at an easy, unhurried pace.



Living space

Inside, you'll find two separate living areas - one for morning coffee and quiet reading, another for evening movie nights with the whole group. Smart TVs, ceiling fans, and central air conditioning keep everyone comfortable throughout your stay. Fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace are available for anyone who needs to stay connected.



Sleeping arrangements

The primary suite offers a king bed, a smart TV, and its own private bath - a genuine retreat after a day out. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third features two full beds, making it a natural fit for kids or additional guests. Together, the home sleeps up to seven.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook in - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a Keurig coffee machine to start the morning right. You'll find cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, a blender, a toaster, a baking sheet, and a dining table for gathering the group. Coffee is provided.



Bathrooms

Both bathrooms are well-stocked with fresh towels, bed linens, and body soap. Hot water, a hair dryer, cleaning products, and a bathtub round out the essentials.



Backyard & outdoor

The private, fully fenced backyard is where Turtle Pointe earns its name. Lounge poolside, fire up the BBQ grill with included barbecue utensils, and settle into the patio seating as the afternoon stretches on. Beach essentials - towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are on hand whenever you're ready to head to the water.



Extras

A washer and in-unit dryer handle laundry with ease. The home includes a Pack 'n play/travel crib for families with little ones, extra pillows and blankets, an iron, clothing storage, hangers, a first aid kit, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, and a fire extinguisher. Self check-in via smart lock means a smooth, flexible arrival. Free driveway parking and a private entrance complete the picture.

Located by A1A with Uber and Lyft being very prevalent in the area. Restaurants, shops and bars in walking distance!
