Whenever I needed to speak to someone my messages were answered, but what was completely unacceptable was the Air conditioner was controlled and it was at 77 degrees, extremely hot and we couldn’t hardly sleep. I notified this and what really bothered me the most was the response I received, which was “Thank you for your feed back we will take it into consideration for our next guest”, that felt like a disrespectful comment to the point were My other family members that were planning on renting soon, will not do so. I do understand that at 10:00 am you could of put up the A/C, but NOT while we were there, you charged me and I paid what you requested, never was I informed that the A/C will be controlled this way. Never again we will rent there again and hopefully you will really take this review into consideration and learn from your mistake.
