This unit sleeps 5 in beds. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 6 as we can provide and air mattress. Located in beautiful Indian Harbour Beach, Florida in central Brevard County, we offer guests a relaxing stay. All our units directly face the ocean and provide a beautiful ocean view! Each unit is a beautifully decorated 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condominium. This 1350 sf condo is in the Indian Harbour Beach Club. This vacation rental complex is one of the best short-term rentals on the beach. This beach front complex is a hidden gem that most people do not know about. Those who do know about it, usually reserve their rooms a year in advance. The covered parking spot is 20 yards from the front door so easy loading and unloading. The back door is 30 yards to the sand, which is awesome when you want to quickly run in from the beach to grab something. On the inside, the master bath and guest bath are fully stocked with the necessities. All linens and towels are provided. Now, into the living room and the bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king size bed. The guest room has a Queen size bed and a twin bed, and the TV Content in each room is supplied by Spectrum and complimentary movie channels are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would expect. Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, coffee pot, blender, toaster oven etc. The laundry room has a large capacity washer and dryer. There is also a heated swimming pool, shuffleboard courts, outdoor gas grills, and a car wash area. Beach towels, beach chairs (2) and an umbrella are provided.

Great spot

Great view of the sun rises with beach views. Well furnished with all the supplies needed. The only thing I would fix are the beds in the room with twin beds. Very squeaky. Overall great though

Mom and daughter trip

This was our first time visiting the area. The condo is very conveniently located near restaurants and the grocery. Check-in was easy. The unit itself was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It is literally steps from the beach. We had a small issue and the host was easy to reach and worked to resolve the issue.

Perfect location

The unit location was perfect steps from the pool and beach. They had everything you could possibly need in the unit. Beach was not crowded or crazy. Perfect place to stay!!!!!

The unit was overall clean. Some dishes and tablecloth were dirty. Seen no bugs in unit. Bed was very comfortable. Love the view! We spent 90% of our time out on the screened in lanai. We would stay here again.

Great family vacay spot

As native Floridians from the gulf coast, who love the east coast, this was a great spot to stay with family. The unit is very spacious and we easily felt at home. Being able to wake up and just walk onto the beach is a great perk to this spot. Our kids love the choice of having a pool to swim in when they got tired and worn out from jumping in the waves. We will definitely be staying here again. 10/10

Great location, but a little dirty & neglected

First off, you can't beat the location! Being on the ground floor with your patio door almost right in front of the stairs down to the beach was amazing! We didn't make it to the pool, but there was easy access to it as well. The downside to this unit was that it seemed a little neglected. All the beds had hairs in them, most likely from the cleaning team as the beds were well made, but we still chose to wash all the sheets. And as far as towels and additional linens, that was a little lacking. It was as if all the towels were 20 years old and all mismatched. I will say there were a decent amount of towels and even beach towels, but they could do with replacing. There weren't a lot of additional linens for changing the sheets like we did when we got there. Luckily there was at least one twin set so we could have our sons bed made before we left for dinner, but we had to wash and put the same ones back on the main bed. Additionally, the floors weren't well cleaned. After being in the unit only a couple hours after arrival, my kids feet were black and we don't wear shoes inside, so we didn't track all of that in the unit. The main bedroom closet had old framed pictures leaning along the wall, what seemed to be a broken floor lamp, and maybe replacement or old blind slats in the closet. It would just make sense for these type of things to be removed or maybe stored in an owners closet. The kitchen had fruit flies and the coffee maker looked like it was 20 years old. The heating element was rusted and the metal bubbling up and the water chamber was moldy. I will say once we contacted the management office they came over right away with another coffee maker and requested that maintenance help with the fruit flies. We had other family staying in two other units at this property and they didn't have similar issues, so this is all probably just related to this particular unit. Although we brought our own, the patio was fully stocked with beach chairs and lots of beach toys. Overall it was convenient, with a beautiful beach, and a spacious unit for the price!

Amazing Property

From the check in to check out everything was excellent! The property to all the staff they are all helpful and friendly. We never felt unwelcomed! Kudos to Ms. Wendy she was phenomenal! I cannot say anything negative abt this property clean, great location, amenities are great. A tiki bar would have been a plus! We will definitely go back.

Beautiful views!

Pictures shown are exactly what you'll get! Very beautiful property, very clean, amazing views, many restaurants nearby, very close, covered parking, to your front door. We loved all the beach supplies on the back patio (beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, surf board). Master bed was very comfortable. Loved having 3 TVs. Kitchen well stocked. Only negative is the lock on the back patio door at the family room is inoperable. Being on the 1st floor, a working lock is a must. We would definitely come back to this condo location again! Oh! For a great local breakfast place - check out "The Beachside Cafe" - it's only a few miles away and is amazing!

Fun Getaway!

Over all was nice. I liked the covered parking so my car was not out in the hot sun. Unit needs some repairs, broken blinds, patio door lock doesn't lock tight. Hot water wasn't very hot.

The whole family loved this property. Steps from your car to the door. Literally 30 steps from back door to sand. Pool very close and loved screened in porch. Convenient to stores and quiet beach. It was just perfection and we cannot wait to go again!
