This unit sleeps 4 in beds. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 6 as we can provide an air mattress. Located in beautiful Indian Harbour Beach, Florida in central Brevard County, we offer guests a relaxing stay. All our units are direct ocean front. Each unit is a beautifully decorated 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condominium. This 1350 sf condo is in the Indian Harbour Beach Club on the sixth floor. Great views of the rocket launches and cruise ships leaving Port Canaveral. This beach front condo complex is a hidden gem that most people do not know about. Those who do know about it, usually reserve their rooms a year in advance. There is covered and open parking. And on the inside, the master bath and guest bath are fully equipped with all the necessities. Linens and towels are provided. TVs are in the living room, master bedroom, and guest room. Content is supplied by Spectrum and complimentary movie channels are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would expect. Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, coffee pot, blender, toaster etc. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the guest room has two single beds. The laundry room has a large capacity washer and dryer. The complex also has a heated swimming pool, shuffleboard courts, outdoor gas grills, and a car wash area. Conveniently located near Publix, Winn Dixie, Walmart, and many restaurants. Beach towels, beach chairs (2) and an umbrella are provided.


We are located just 8.7 miles and 19 minutes from Melbourne International Airport, serviced by Delta Airlines and American Airlines.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and quiet. It had everything we needed. We have stayed at Indian Harbor Beach Club in the past, but not in this unit. We would recommend it to anyone and will ask to stay here on our next visit.

CLOSEST to ocean

We really enjoyed the closest ocean view of all the condos in the area. It is a beautiful and quiet beach. The property manager went out of her way to answer all of our questions and make sure our stay was perfect. We will definitely return!

What a Fantastic getaway. The condo was perfect. What a great place to really relax. Every window had a great view of the ocean. We spent most of our time on the beautiful beach. I have never seen so many beautiful shells in my life. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful getaway

Traveling from Texas during this pandemic is scary, but my husband was in the area for work so I joined him with our toddler for a quick getaway. This condo was exactly what we needed and more. We were in awe when we walked in and saw the amazing view of the ocean. The condo is very spacious and had everything we needed to cook, relax and enjoy our time. If we ever make it back to this area, we will definitely rent again!

Lovely unit with unbelievable beach access

The condo was very nice and well appointed. The beach was almost under the balcony -- real toes in the sand experience. We had an issue with the smoke alarm system one night, and I would update the master bedroom mattress, but other than that the place was well located and quite comfortable.

Great Time

The beach was phenomenal and quiet! The unit was very clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay (to include beach towels, chairs and umbrellas). Both Cindy and Wendy were super sweet and professional. The only complaint I had is I wish the master bathroom had better water pressure, but I am a little bit of a shower snob. The unit is dated, but we spent more time on the beach and doing fun activities so no bother there. The beds were also super comfy which we appreciated. Thank you for being part of our vacation!

Awesome Views

The property looks just like it does in the photos. It's an end unit, and you will have a panoramic view of the ocean! The deck is awesome. You will enjoy a "pelican's eye view" of pelicans flying by. The unit has everything you need for cooking and enjoying the beach. The pool was nice and there's a cute little Tiki bar for your use with a huge gas grill adjoining it for cook-outs. Lots of opportunities to view sea turtles, dolphins, manatees, and other sea life. Checking in and out was easy and fast. Indian Harbour Beach is close to Melbourne and Cocoa Beach, so lots of activities to choose from. I highly recommend this unit and area of coastline for beach-lovers.
