Pool was always clean and heated. Beach is right in your backyard. Lots of great restaurants and things to do in Melbourne. The property host is super. Always quick to respond and friendly! Some days we just sat out on the balcony and it felt like we were on the beach. This property comes with beach chairs, umbrella, shovels for the kids, many cooking pots and pans, utensils, plates, and glasses. If you can’t find something your not looking in the right place in the house. Everything is there you may want or need. Pictures posted of the house are not deceptive in any way, true to what it is. You can walk to Walmart and many other restaurants and bars. Denise was very responsive and so were the property managers on fixing a kitchen light. ##### Tim A. Communication was great with owner and property manager. I would say better than the pictures. This was just 2 adults but could easily accommodate a family and have enough space to not feel crowded with 2 floors. The location was awesome and when on the balcony you almost feel as though you are on the beach it’s so close. Very convenient to grocery, restaurants, and places to have a drink. If you are looking for a quiet non party spot you found it. We didn’t hear anything except the waves crashing outside the door. The pool is really nice, close, clean never being busy. Sleeping with the second story windows open at night was like sleeping on the beach except much more comfortable since the bed was great too.
