Just outside your second-floor unit, you'll find the association pool, perfect for a refreshing swim or a relaxing soak in the hot tub. The kitchen is equipped with essentials like coffee, tea, sugar, and oil, encouraging you to create delicious homemade meals. Whether you're relaxing by the pool or taking a leisurely stroll to the beach, this delightful escape ensures both relaxation and enjoyment. Stroll just a short distance to explore nearby restaurants, grocery stores, Walmart, and more, all within easy reach. Ample free parking ensures a hassle-free experience as you come and go at your leisure. You will find yourself in a very central beach side location about 10 minute walking distance from the nearest beach (2 min drive) and 2 miles to Melbourne/EauGallie Arts Distruct (4 min drive). Shopping (Win Dixie, Walmart, Publix) are also walking distance. Right across the street is Corey's Bagels, one of our favorite breakfast spots. Their Lox and Bagel is mouth-wateringly delicious.
