"I LOVED this hotel. I won’t stay again sadly. My room was clean, check in was a little odd getting someone there to check us in. I just had surgery and needed the ada room, which I booked and stayed in. It is next to the office. IT SHARES A WALL WITH THE HOUSEKEEPING/OFFICE! You WILL hear banging all night. At ALL hours. No exceptions. For 3 nights. And when you talk to the desk? They tell you doors will slam because they’re heavy.. no ma’am, they’re slammed because your staff and customers bang in to the walls and slam the doors and no one is told to stop and act like a human. Wild huh? The wall issue needs to be addressed if this is an ada room. The level of give a sh•t from the staff should matter and be addressed. It doesn’t and won’t change. So I won’t stay there, they won’t miss me and I’ll light a candle for the next suckers that stay there. Also, they have 1 plunger at the site. If it’s in another room guess what happens? No ma’am, you can not send maintenance in my room in a half hour with a toilet going over. It was good while it lasted. Cheers. "
