The location was good but the homelessness was a real problem.
There was a half full wine glass in the lobby when we checked in and was still there when we left.
The library/room with a pool table had broken pool cues and was in disrepair.
The food was good and the staff were really nice.

The sound from the fan outside makes a crazy noise, the answer was "oh we are very sorry" but we have no more room available right now. When you stay in hotel, it's just because you want to rest and sleep.It doesn't make any sense to rent a room where you cannot sleep in ! I haven't even spent the night because it was so noisy.I had to leave to another place in town. I've been staying to that place in the last 15 years.But that's the very last time.

"Very friendly staff but sadly not a well maintained hotel and just on the edge of clean enough. I was in one of the family kitchenette rooms and it was very much just a badly converted apartment. Pulled up and ripped carpet on the stairs, old stained mattresses, dirty shower, peeling paint on bathroom ..."
