"The campsite is reached via a very stony track, which may not be ideal for a particularly low car, although luckily we had a 4x4. On arrival, Nick gave us a warm welcome and showed us how everything worked in the shower block, as well as where to find the communal fridge and freezer.Everything was clean, tidy and well looked after. "I attended a wake at the Crossways hotel. The staff were very professional and helpful I was in room 120. Very spacious and tastefully decorated. A big comfatable bed a large shower . The outside bar area was a bonus with great views towards the Glastonbury Tor . Breakfast was good with cakes and pastries plus a well presented full english . One slight problem of the shower thermostat not giving more than luke warm water but i magine that is fixed now. Only a brief stop but would return again"

"Everything was great, friendly staff and everything maintained to a high standard. The breakfast was great and in a lovely setting. The only issue I had was I couldn’t connect to the WIFI when I needed to as the code wasn’t in the visitor guide. It simply said speak to a member of staff if you are having trouble, but it was too late for that and unfortunately this is a far greater inconvenience that maybe it should be. But such is the world we live in. This is, however, surely a very simple fix. In any case, I do plan on staying here again on a regular basis, needing to stay in Glastonbury at least once per month for the foreseeable future. I will just make sure I get connected during check in moving forward and that’s the one tip I would give to others, as that small hiccup aside, you couldn’t ask for a nicer place reasonably priced."

"Absolutely wonderful staff, we got upgraded to a suite which was a bonus as it was our wedding anniversary. Treatment area is absolutely amazing and so relaxing, you can sit pre and post treatment to relax. Treatment was amazing!! Despite us being informed that a member of staff was off sick in the morning, so my husband and I had half the treatment time each, it was still amazing. Lunch was decent and breakfast was cooked upon request and tasted good. Thank you for a memorable experience!! The only downside was that there are no restaurants nearby, so we had to get a cab to the nearest one which proved a nightmare when trying to get back around 11."
