Every staff member was great, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast offered gluten free options and oat milk Pool was a perfect temperature, just missing pool towels so bring your own. Rooms are a very decent size with balcony.

Welcoming and tidy, good rooms and breakfast, well located for the old town. Pool area rather disappointing in comparison with the photo.

Great stay in Ibiza town
Good location, close to the nice end of Ibiza town and v handy for dalt vila. Ignore the bad reviews from a few years ago... it is now very well run, with tasty breakfast and excellent service. This isn’t a luxury hotel, but as long as you aren’t expecting that then it’s perfect. Small but perfectly nice pool to cool off in, comfy beds, immaculately clean. Would def stay again. Thanks to Ernesto and the rest of the team

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located on a hill so it is quite a walk if you have a lot of luggage. The hotel had all that was required and was neat and clean, however the bathroom had a slightly odd odour. Overall, the stay was good.

Great Property close to the town
First off, if you have more than a backpack, take a cab to this hotel. I had a large suitcase and a small bag, by the time I got to the room I had to shower and straighten by back. The public bus has a stop down near the town center, its about a 5 min walk, since the area is hilly it was really tough to walk with luggage. The check-in was nice, the guy spoke English and provided all the info of Ibiza we requested. If your staying more than a night here, they only bill you for a night in advance so you have to pay for the remainder of your stay at check-in. The staff rotates quite often and some of them didn't speak English, so had to pull out Google translator to help. Try to get a room facing the entrance the view was amazing. The hotel is near the town square and the port. I wish I would have rented a car, since it really helps getting around town, parking near the hotel also was an option per the guy at the front desk. The one big downside of this place is that there was no Elevator. Overall a nice place away from the crowds near the beach!.

What a great hotel and great staff. The location is ideal and just a 6-8 minute walk to the town. Pablo was very helpful and the breakfast was great!! I highly recommend

Small well run hotel
Great location to explore Ibiza old town. Friendly reception staff and clean well maintained rooms. Small pool nice to cool down in after sightseeing. Simple we run hotel. Had problem with air conditioning, but fixed by reception staff within 20 mins.

Worst hotel I've stayed in
Staff are rude and abrasive and don't speak English. There was a massive delay and a increase in price of 150 dollars a night due to "surge capacity" even though I booked two months in advance. The area is also isolated and has no transit and you have to call yourself a taxi. Also takes 15 minutes to walk to a restaurant.

Come ultima opzione...
L'hotel è situato dopo una salita abbastanza scomodo da arrivarci anche se vicino al centro di Eivissa. La camera nel complesso non è male, pulita e moderna ma nella nostra non andava il frigobar. Il personale non è molto preparato anche se gentile, voleva far salire una persona in camera per un'oretta e mi è stato vietato... Insomma troppo caro per i servizi che offre.

Ottimo albergo
Ottimo albergo in posizione ottimale per muoversi a piedi sia verso il porto/centro (10 min a piedi) sia verso playa d'en bossa (15-20 min a piedi). Inoltre è vicinissima a platja de ses figueretes, spiaggia più bella della precedente. Ottima pulizia, personale cortese e gentile. Non consiglio la colazione a 16€/persona rispetto al costo dei bar in centro.

Excelente localização
Gostei muito do hostal. Ele fica próximo do centro histórico. Gostaria apenas de fazer uma observação sobre o frigobar do hostal: só pode ser usado com os produtos do hostal.
