Wonderful stay in a fabulous villa
Just returned from an amazing week at the villa and couldn’t fault our stay. Toni was a charming host. Great communication throughout, he met us at the villa on arrival (which we had no problems finding from the location he sent us) and was helpful with local recommendations. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and a very well- equipped kitchen. But the beautiful and generously-sized pool (the photos really don’t do if justice!), outdoor seating areas and barbecue, and stunning sea view sunsets from the first floor balcony, are what set this villa apart. Would recommend an evening trip to Ibiza Old Town for charming cobbled streets and great restaurants.

A lovely secluded property.
We loved staying at Toni's villa which is set in a lovely wooded area and close enough for a quick car trip to the supermarket (Suma seemed to the best for variety and value), restaurants and the various beaches close by. The outdoor area was especially lovely during the day and in the evening with the outdoor grill and bar area. Also great for star gazing given the minimal light polution. We also watched some amazing sunsets from the balcony upstairs. Toni was always available when we needed any help.

Lovely villa
The villa is gorgeous. It has 3 large rooms with plenty of storage space. We had a 4 month old baby with us in the main bedroom with Toni supplying a fantastic cot. There is also a terrrace connected to this room with a seating area with views out over the sea, made feeding the baby at 6am on here very special. There is a bathroom upstairs that is shared between the main bedroom and a twin room and one downstairs next to the third twin room. The living area and kitchen are all open plan and open out onto a dining area on the patio as well as some more Comfortable out door seating. We visited in October and although the weather was decent - 22 to 26 degrees most the week apart from a couple of windy and wet days, the pool is not heated and was too cold to take the baby into. I’m sure in the height of summer it is warm enough just not at our time of visiting. Toni was very helpful, we did have a slight issue with locating the property as the sat nav sent us down a deserted track, I contacted Toni and he came and located us and guided us to the villa. If you are travelling with children in a pushchair I would definitely recommend hiring a car. The villa is located at the end of a dusty road, it’s not suitable for a normal pushchair to be used on. It’s also worth noting that there is not any supermarkets within walking distance so again a car comes in handy. Location wise it is situated in a prime area of Ibiza, it’s a 10 minute drive into San Antonio driving in a straight line pretty much. Cala bassa beach is local too and can be walked in 20 mins through an old track next to the property. Toni was a fantastic help when we got ourselves into a situation where we needed some medication sent over from the uk, he gave us his home address to have the supplies fedexed there and as soon as they arrived he brought them straight over. Overall a lovely stay and highly recommended

Absolutely stunning 3 bed villa.
We spent a wonderful 2 weeks at this villa in August 2018 and we couldn't have been happier. From the stunning views , wonderful poolside bar area and a spotless air-conditioned interior , this place has the lot. The first floor balcony is beautifully placed so that you can enjoy early/late evening drinks(this is Ibiza...) whilst overlooking the forest with stunning views of the ocean. The cleaning team arrived a week into our holiday and ensured that the place was maintained beautifully and Antonio was prompt fixing the small issue with regards to the internet. The kitchen is big enough to cook a family meal for 4 easily and dining outside was a pleasure in itself. The place is secured by an alarm which is set easily and the entrance gate which is operated remotely ensures that your security is guaranteed. You are 20 minutes in a car from San Antonio which is far away enough to ensure peace and tranquility but close enough to be able to jump into the madness if you so wish. We have been staying in villas in Ibiza for the past 5 years and we have finally found the villa we have been looking for and I cannot recommend this villa highly enough. So if it is within your price range then book it , it is as simple as that. You will not be disappointed , it really is that good.

Lovely villa, well laid out
We very much enjoyed our stay. Toni was very kind and helpful when introducing us to the villa and a couple of times when we contacted him. The villa is well laid out with more than enough space for the 4 of us, a great pool and easy to keep an eye on the kids (6 and 8 years) from the house or the bar area. We used the bar area a lot and the barbecue (gas hot plate). Aircon in the rooms. The area is very quiet and peaceful (although some work next door at the time). 25 min walk to Cala Bassa beach with easy access to other west coast beaches. Great supermarket and butcher Es Cuco nearby. Villa recommended for the area.

Gorgeous Villa, excellent host
The amazing reviews of both the villa and Toni are all true. We just spent a week at the villa with our 14 month old. We knew our holiday to Ibiza would be different from recent visits to the island and this villa suited us perfect. Especially as most of our evenings were spent around the pool and outstanding bbq area. Toni the host and his wife were amazing from start to finish and we will certainly recommend the villa to others and book with them again. While I think you could get by without a car at this villa (bus/taxi and on foot) I think this visit we needed our car especially with our baby in tow! There are currently only dirt/gravel roads up to the villa and not really suitable for a buggy. I cant think of anything else helpful to readers that isn't already mentioned in other reviews... only to say that if your looking for a family villa with incredible outdoor and pool areas then you wont be disappointed here. Looking forward to visiting again. Thank you Toni for a fabulous stay.

Great house with lots of room, great pool and backyard area. Close to San Antonio
This property was very clean, well maintained and with lots of room: Tony, the owner was very helpful on check-in and we had no issues. I would highly recommend this for families or groups that don’t feel the need to be in the cities. Only 25 minutes from the airport and easy drive into Old Town and even closer for San Antonio area. Great view from second story balcony as well! A number of beaches are a short drive away, Tony was also helpful with local restaurants.

A tranquil well equipped and beautifully laid out villa
Just home from a nine day stay in Toni's villa and what a stay. The villa felt like home, the pool bar and barbeque area are fabulous and we used this area every day for food and drinks. Toni was extremely helpful and genuinely pleasant every time we spoke or met. We arrived early and Toni was very flexible with us.

The property has beautiful sea views with sunset. The pool was a great size and well maintained by the owner Toni. We enjoyed every minute in Es Penyal. BBQ area was fantastic. Fanastic property, fantastic location, fantastic host = fantastic holiday.
We (family of 4) stayed at this property in May 2017. We arrived late in the evening and were a little apprehensive about finding the property given previous guests comments and it's remote location, however Toni volunteered to meet us at a local hotel so he could direct us in which was very much appreciated. Toni and his wife showed us around the property and were very pleasant - they'd even left us with some groceries (tea, coffee, milk, bread, water etc) and apricots grown on the trees in the garden which was very well received as most the shops had shut by the time we arrived. The property is located in a quiet street surrounded by pine trees. . First impressions were fantastic - secluded and quiet which suited a family with young children and altough there are a few properties nearby you are not overlooked and we didn't hear any noise coming from these. It wasn't until the morning until we realised the true beauty of the location with breathtaking views over the coast. The inside and outside of the property have been very well maintained. The outside of the property is vast and immaculately kept with a fantastic pool and all the amenities you require (loungers, towels, outdoor fridge, BBQ, covered dining area etc). It is a similar situation inside, with the all the mod-cons you would expect e.g. fully fitted kitchen, 2 bathroom/showers, plenty of towels, wi-fi with great reception inside/outside etc. The beds were very comfortable and rooms air-conditioned which made for a very pleasant night's sleep. The location of the property is fantastic and whilst you could walk into the centre of Port Des Torrents (c15 mins) it is advisable to hire a car. There are numerous supermarkets, bars, restaurants nearby but its the proximity to some of the best beaches in Ibiza (Cala Bassa, Cala Comte, Cala Tarida - which are all within a 5-10 min drive) that make this an excellent choice of stay. Toni is one of the nicest and most genuine men you will wish to meet. Nothing was too much trouble and he even allowed us to stay on a little longer on the day of departure as there was no booking the following day which meant we could spend another day by the pool!! The biggest compliment I can pay this property and Toni is that I will definitely be taking my family back there to stay sometime soon.

Beautiful private villa with a wonderful pool!
Toni is incredibly helpful and was quick to respond and help us with our stay. The villa is well appointed and private. Spacious inside but it is the outside space that is the best feature. The pool is the biggest we have had at a private villa and the bar-b-q and outside bar / seating perfect! There are restaurants / bars in walking distance at Port Des Torrent and we also walked to Cala Bassa through the woods and across the bay (perfect for an early morning jog before the crowds!). Importantly for the teenagers the WiFI was strong and could be used outside - a few times it went down but this is not due to the villa but the network itself. The upstairs terrace perfect for the sunset and sea view. Supermarkets close by (both walking and driving) as well as a take away pizzeria. San Antoni is close by but in August the traffic is very heavy. Not far to Ibiza town or to explore the whole island. We hired a speed boat from Ibiza Marina and this is recommended. The sunset at Cala Vadella was our favourite. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this villa.

Superb Villa in stunning location with the most magical balcony and sunsets,spotless and comfortable
We booked the villa in Feb 2016 with Toni the onwer being very responsive to email right from the start.All our questions were answered quickly.The booking/payment process was painless and straight forward due to the efforts made by Toni. The access to the Villa is via an unmade road which on the first attempt will be worrying but you soon get used to it and is the main reason why the villa is so secluded.There are other properties adjacent but they are far enough away and so large has not to be a worry. Toni and his wife will great you ,explain everything and give you a contract and take your security deposit all very efficent. Toni also is the manger for the villa which helps ,example being our first floor water heater was leaking on the second day and replaced the next morning with a new one fantastic service. The Villa has three air conditioned bedrooms with two bathrooms,a fitted kitchen with everything you will need,a utility with American fridge-freezer ,wishing machine and storage. Outside space is what makes the villa magical,two covered areas on the rear verandah,a gazebo covered eating area adjacent to the pool with a fridge and new gas barbecue and sink.A rustic table and six chairs make this a fantastic evening space. The large pool is kept spotless by Toni with six immaculate loungers with pads and ALL towels are provided so no need to pack them. The Villa has a magical first floor balcony of the double bedroom with comfortable seating.This is the area we spent most evenings watching the stunning/magical sunsets the best we have seen.The lighthouse and many boats passing make the evenings suburb. Beaches are really close to the villa one within walking distance so all are good access to a few is interesting. Amenities locally are good supetmarket with everything you will need is about 5 minutes away,English shop is on the outskirts of San Antonio 15 minutes away. We used a fantastic resturant in Port Torrent on the beach it was great and real value we never got to the sweet course has portions and the quality of the food was so good. Ibiza town is 20 minutes from the villa and well worth the visit go on the 731 directly in and park near the port for 6 € all day.The old town is fantastic and the port is a must to see all the yachts etc.Hard Rock Cafe for lunch is a must. This has to be one of the best Villas we have visited THANKYOU TONI.. Download google maps for getting around the island which is easy it is all you will need.

Villa was everything it said - lived up to our expectations. Clean, fresh, good facilities. Grounds well maintained and pool was perfect. As villa is situated on a hill it has panoramic views - especially of the sunsets. Plenty of outdoor seating areas - barbeque area was a lovely touch with lighting, outdoor fridge and sink. Would recommend it for a perfect peaceful holiday - car is essential unless you like hiking up dusty track.

Me and my 4 friends celebrated our 50th anniversary and so we rented this gorgious villa from Toni, who was a great host. We stayed many hours in the pool, which had great temperature. Only 25 minutes of walking distance to Cala Bassa. We loved the sunset from the 2nd floor. We defenitely come back here!

In één woord: fantastisch!!
Wat een enorm fijne vakantiewoning. Heerlijk in the middle of nowhere. Rust, ruimte, reinheid en ontspannen als sleutelwoorden. Dichtbij diverse stranden als Cala Tarida en Cala Bassa en het stadje San Antoni. Enorm mooi uitzicht over een kleine vallei richting de kustlijn van Ibiza. Het huis is overzichtelijk en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, prima keuken, ruime slaapkamers, fijne terrassen, een buitengrill met bar en koelkast en een heerlijk zwembad. De gastheer Toni een zeer aardige, servicegerichte, goed Engels sprekende heer. Wij willen hier zeker vaker terugkomen! Cijfer: 9!!

Super séjour!
Location bien située, au milieu des pins avec vue sur la mer. Tres calme. Supermarché et petit village a 5 minutes en voiture. Accès à Calla Bassa en 25 minutes a pied à travers des pinedes. Accueil de Toni impeccable, même tard le soir. Serviable et à l’écoute de nos besoins. Maison très bien entretenue, bien équipée, literie correcte. Nous recommandons!

Hele mooie villa met meer dan genoeg ruimte. Erg netjes allemaal. Meerdere plekken om lekker te zitten en groot zwembad. Toni de huurbaas is een hele vriendelijke en aardige man. Zeker een aanrader om deze villa te huren. We zouden het zo nog een keer willen huren.

Wir haben selten so eine schöne Villa mit Pool gesehen. Die Lage ist traumhaft ruhig, umgeben von Natur und der Meerblick vom Balkon mit Sonnenuntergang unbeschreiblich schön! Wir kommen sicher nochmal wieder! Danke lieber Antonio Boned!

We spent a wonderful 2 weeks at this great villa. Clean, well appointed and conveniently close to some of the best beaches in Ibiza. Toni is an excellent host and made us very welcome at his property. The outdoor area and pool are magnificent; our six year old son and Maltese dog thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. Defintely a place we’d love to return to one day.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Der Vermieter ist super freundlich und total hilfsbereit. So reibungslos wünscht man sich die Abwicklung. Das Haus ist sehr schön, besonders der Aussenbereich mit dem Grill und der Bar. Am Pool kann man herrlich entspannen und die Aussicht ist toll. !!! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Geweldig verblijf!
De villa is echt prachtig, nog mooier dan op de foto's. Eigenaar is zeer gastvrij. We werden ontvangen met een volle fruitschaal en de. villa was ook super schoon. Villa is van alle gemakken voorzien, vele leuke zitjes buiten en ook boven op het balkon is het heerlijk vertoeven. Echt een aanrader en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Super vele mooie plekjes in de omgeving. Wat zal ik deze prachtige villa missen!

Amazing stay
Right from the Start Communication with Toni worked out very well and also booking was uncomplicated. When we arrived we were even given a ride from the meeting point to the villa which we are truly thankful for. The villa is very well equipped and you will not miss a thing. WiFi was perfectly fine, Pool and outside sitting areas are great for fun times with friends and/or family. Both view and the property itself exceeded our expectations by far. Even though the villa is located in a quiet area you can easily get to every part of the island even without a car as a bus station is just down the road with busses coming once every hour at xx:30 min heading to San Antonio where you can change to other busses. Sadly we weren't able to find a night bus so we had to take taxis which sometimes was a little complicated because some don't know the address. Both Cala Bassa with its Beach Club and the beach of Port d'es Torrent which is perfect for families were reachable by foot within 20 minutes. We would also like to thank the previous tenant who left the giant inflatable swan in the Villa, our girls enjoyed it a lot.

Wonderful Villa
We had a wonderful time in this home in June 2017. Perfect location with only 20 minutes walking to Cala Bassa! We were two adults and 2 kids the first week and 2 more kids the second week, it worked out perfectly with the floorpan of the house. Toni, the owner, was very helpful and always there when needed! Especially the outdoor kitchen and the pool area we LOVED. Very nice landscaping and very quiet. We`re thinking about renting it next year again. We can highly recommend this Villa!!
