Centrally located spacious room /Good Front desk response/Good Travel desk coordination/ Courteous support staff /Food quality good and tasty /Lift and other ambience good.
Understanding of room service requirements of customers to improve very much including language and actual customer requirements /bathroom cleanliness to improve/Old Room phone to be replaced with new including Directory of information which is not legible/Electrical plug points are shaky and to be secured/Internal lighting to improve including fan control
Overall stay was good and comfortable
Very nice stay. Easy access to all corners of city. Metro station is an added advantage.

Though Central court is in the heart of the city, the metro construction is one of the biggest drawback. Getting cabs just to manouever to the hotel is a big challenge.
Our check-in into the room was terrible, it was not cleaned, smelling of cigarettes and full of cockroaches and rats running helter skelter. The hotel had a big group of students at the same time, which meant through the night so much chaos and screaming and running around and knocking on the doors.
Hope the hotel does something in terms of maintenance.
Would never recommend anyone to this hotel.

I was very disappointed as the wifi connection was very poor.
Staff were not friendly
Found the hotel staff very courteous. Hotel ambiance is very good for a 3 star hotel. Breakfast buffet which is included is lavish, really enjoyed our breakfasts. Overall experience good!
stayed there for 2 nights. had bed bugs annoying at night. the kettle wasn't clean nor the coffee cups. the toilet faucet was broken and water leakage. it was not impressive as shown in the websites.

Decent hotel with a very convenient location
Generous checkin - checkout policy. Room is comfortable with extra chairs, tables and refridgerator. Location is awesome. Close to sightseeing such as Birla Temple, Lake, Gardens, Charminar, Shopping etc. Breakfast was decent. Staff was helpful and overall good value for money. Room did smell a bit of cigarettes so make sure you ask for non smoking room.
We had a good stay in Hyderabad at this hotel,but we think this hotel while being good and in a great location the rooms need a refurbish. Free WiFi, complementary Breakfast, center of city, all historical places is nearby. i recommend....
The hotel is nice with a friendly staff and clean rooms. We had a good time and it was perfect for our short stay. The included breakfast was also very nice. Overall a very nice hotel and we will surely stay again.
Stayed on two separate occasions. One after arrival in India and one night three weeks later before my departure. The first night - Room and bath were clean. Had to call desk for toilet paper, soap and shampoo as these had not been placed in room. Nice, hot shower. Buffet breakfast was o.k. Room service dinner was good. Second night - No towels. Had to call desk three times over the course of two hours before they were finally brought to the room. There was mildew in the shower tile grout in this room. No hot water in this room. Room service meal was good. Room was clean and comfortable otherwise. My room had been paid ahead of time (both nights) with credit card through Expedia, but room service was an additional charge. Be sure to have plenty of low denomination notes (100's and 50's) as they never seem to have enough change in the drawer.
One of the worst hotels in the heart of the city. I stayed here with my parents for three days and was a bad experience. The staff seems to only care about the foreigners and are least responsive to domestic guests. We were given a room at the corner of the third floor with hardly any WiFi reception and the load music from the banquet in the fourth floor. The extra bed provided for the third guest was stained with all sorts of stuff. Do not go to this hotel!!!
It is a worn out hotel. The music at the pub was so loud one cannot sleep in a closed room. The coir mattresses is uneven. No coffee/ Tea maker in the room. I had to ask for everything from towel to soap to shampoo . Overall bad experience. With the same tariff there are much better hotels. Not worth

We had terrible experience during our stay.
We had booked two club rooms for three nights with the hotel (17 June 2014 to 20 June 2014)
1. We had booking for 3 nights. However hotel front desk called us in our room asking "when were we checking out? Your next day terrif has started!!! Pls pay for the next day!" When I showed them expedia booking email for 3 nights stay front desk staff then pretend to be checking something and said OK.
2. Day one - after room cleaning no towel was provided/left in the bath room. Even after requesting from the front desk in the afternoon it was not sent to my room. In the night when I called them again it was then they sent towels.
3. Day two - at the time of checking we were told two water bottles were complementary but we were given 0 bottles the following day! When asked they gave 1 bottle and the person who came to deliver the bottle told us that the hotel was going thru water shortage, as they refil and seal water bottles in the hotel itself. My question is how does it matters to a guest? the hotel could buy two water bottles from market and fulfill its promise, without bothering a guest and expecting a compromise from the guest on water bottle! It is too big a risk compare to hotel reputation. To help with number one litter Water bottle in retail market is sold from rupee 15 ( Bisleri brand).
We were disappointed to see that the hotel had received 2013 best three star hotel award and now has come so down in service.
I stayed there for 2 days, the hotel is not at all as good as rated . rooms not as comfortable . poor sorrounding view. breakfast of poor standard. overall not satisfactory.one can get a better option in the same rates.

Good Hotel with value for money
Enjoyed. Only house keeping needs to be called for every small thing like towel, soap etc. But, once informed they take care well.
Overall Very good HOTEL, Good food taste, Clean & well maintained. Good Value for Money . Thanks to the very simple & safe and transparent transactions through Hotels.com portal
The hotel was unclean. Staff was good though, customer service was good. Had cockroach in the hotel. Very unclean room. Dusty and rust on tables. Fridge was so dirty and the edges of the handle was really sticky and covered with dirt. Please check the room before u take it. I would not recommend the hotel to anyone.

Good value hotel with helpful staff!
This was basically a good value hotel with few frills. The staff were very good, helpful and friendly, but the restaurant options were limited for those wanting international food selections and the quality not great.
There wasn't any usable Business Centre, which was annoying, and although good value I don't think I would stay there again.
