This is an old dated property. Definitely needs a makeover . The staff were good and courteous

I was given a room on the lower level of the hotel and the lobby area was further than expected. There was noise from the people in the room above me with children who made a lot of.noise throughout the night. The hotel also had me listed as having 2 children when i had reserved a room for 2 adults.

Very clean, beautiful room design. Location perfect and close to restaurants. Pull out couch design was new and worked great. Need more signs to direct you to lobby. Hallways are long and look the same. I went down the wrong hallway twice.

We booked the hotel through Expedia with breakfast included. It is written in our reservation. But the hotel staff does not honor it and charge extra for the breakfast. Very rude.

The property was clean and quiet. The lobby staff was helpful in providing options for places to eat. However, it is really far from restaurants. When we asked the staff for suggestions to restaurants, we were told that we might have to drive to Exit 20 on the highway from where we generally were at exit 7. There is no on-site restaurant. For breakfast the one staff member is there to take your order after looking at the menu choices. There is no way to see the actual meal like in a buffet setting that is done in many well known hotels. There is no room service either. We only stayed there for 2 nights, so the stay was uneventful for our short time there.

A mattress short of a great stay
The front desk staff were outstanding. The room was clean and ready. The hotel would be a great bargain as it is newly renovated BUT for the beds. The mattress terrible. It was old and had no support. It ruined a great stay. To finish the renovation, please put new, quality mattresses in each room!

2nd time wasn’t the charm
This was my second time staying at this location. I had no issues the first time. The second time was a one night stay and I literally just used the hotel to sleep/shower because I was out at an event the whole day that I checked in. When I showered the night before the toilet made gurgling noises while the shower ran. The next morning I woke up at 7 am to use the bathroom and the toilet over flowed and water was all over the bathroom floor. I go to the front desk and was told the maid would come in immediately and clean up the floor. I was also told the engineer to fix the toilet came in at 9 am. The maid came after 8am about 1 hour later. The engineer came at about 9:15 am. He worked on the toilet and upon him leaving I discovered the toilet still wasn’t working properly and I checked out immediately. I had a 3.5 hour drive and had to leave without being able to use the bathroom I paid for… The next day I contacted the hotel by email to report my issue and was told management would investigate and contact me. I never heard from anyone at the hotel. The experience was not good on this visit. I probably would not stay here again.

Loved Marriott; however this stay saw my take out food thrown out even though it had Lis covered containers. Also, not used to a Marriott not having complimentary coffee. Front desk staff was great!!!

The hotel was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. The only downfall is the bar closes at 10 PM and they stop serving food at 9:45 PM.. so when you’re watching a sports game on television, you can’t drink no more.

It was difficult to find eateries around this area. We were from out of town, solely dependent on our gps that didn't work as effectively as we wished. It would have been beneficial if a brochure of nearby restaurants would have been provided-not every one can afford door dash, etc.
