There is AC in the bedrooms, but not in the common spaces which typically would have been fine. Unfortunately, we visited during a week that was above average temperatures, so the air was quite stagnant in the remainder of the house. Property is 0.4 miles to small beach at end of the street and 1 mile from Craigsville beach. Nice quiet location in an area called the avenues. Within 2 miles of whatever you might need in Hyannis.
