This house fits 10 comfortably, dinning tables are even big enough for 10. It’s a five minute walk to the beach. AC is sufficient but some room units are loud.

Great property
Margie was wonderful and responded quickly to some minor issues. Property was just as advertised and we had plenty of rooms to accommodate all 5 siblings and their plus 1’s. Having 5 bathrooms was a plus. The large dining room table fit all 10 of us for meals and we used the large deck to hang out together. We didn’t use the game room but it would be great for teens. Hyannis is a great location close to Keyes beach- easy walk and 15 minute walk to downtown. We had a great time. The grill needed a thorough cleaning- especially below the grates.

Perfect spot for a group!
We had a fantastic stay at this house! Three floors of bedrooms meant that the younger set didn't disturb the older set with late bedtimes and videogames :) The kitchen was well stocked with supplies which was great for whipping up feasts each day. Two decks, a large living room, dining area, and play room meant we weren't in each other's laps the whole time. We also loved the short walk to the beach and to Main St. Def check out Chez Antoine's for your morning coffee and pastry! Everyone had a blast and we made some great family memories here. I would definitely rent this home again!

Great house for large family or even 3 different families. Dog frendly. Convenient to beaches - a 5-15 min walk to 2 beaches; a 5 min drive to our favorite beach, Kalmus park. 20 min walk to Main St Hyannis....Kate's homemade ice cream was a hit; 20 min walk to Hyannisport harbor...Spanky's restaurant was a hit. Kitchen well appointed. Great playroom for big and small kids. Plenty of parking.

Great family vacation house. Plenty of space and well equipped.
This property was a great find. So close to the beach we walked there. The house is equipped with toys, games, water toys and beach chairs. There is a game room detached from the house. There is also a two bedroom apartment detached as well which served my daughters with little ones well. Multiple outdoor space with table and chairs which catch the shade throughout the day. Close to town and the Melody Tent! We saw Jason Aldean. Great show. Town is a mile away. Parks are close as well as several other beaches. We only stayed a week but you should stay two. Today would have been a day for a bike ride on the Cape Cod Rail Trail. We had a hot week but still managed to get everything in.

House is located a short walk to the beach and had many beach items at the house to use, the house and outside space was perfect for our group and enough space for everyone! The game room/garage was a great addition as well. Would stay there again if we return to the cape

The property location was perfect for all our family's activities. Walking distance to the beach was short. Main street and the Hyannis harbor were a bit farther walk, but easy to do in 15 minutes or by bike. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. The property manager was easy to contact and quick to respond to our needs. Overall great vacation.

Terrific beach house & location
We loved our time at this Hyannis beach home! The home was clean, comfy, well equipped, tastefully decorated, and a perfect size for our group. Only 5 min walk to a great beach where we watched the July 4th fireworks. The beach was not crowded during the day & was perfect for wading as the water is relatively shallow for some distance. The house is a comfortable walking distance away (around 15min) to the Main Street shops and restaurants. Our teens liked the home’s game room where they played darts and foosball. The property manager was always quick to answer any questions we had.

Family vacation with small children
The house is roomy with lots of outdoor spaces. The private large flat driveway was perfect for wading pools and water play for our little ones. Beaches are a short walk for adults or stroller ride for non walkers. The beach buggy is great for transporting the stuff. We brought a beach wagon to pull the kids. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate all of us.

4 stars due to "hidden costs"
Property was accurately depicted in pictures, but there were a bunch of "hidden costs" that were not included in the listing: 1) We were asked to buy insurance through their service provider or put up an additional cash Damage Deposit beyond the standard amount that Vrbo already asked for 2. We were told days before our check in that we needed to bring our own sheets or else we'd need to rent them at an additional cost per person 3. In the same email, we were also told to launder the towels we used ourselves or pay another fee Our group has done numerous house rentals across Vrbo and Airbnb - we don't think these charges are normal and wanted to flag for future guests as we would've liked to know about them prior to booking. Besides that, Margaret the property manager was extremely responsive to questions and easy to work with.

Great Hyannis location
Great location if you want to be able to walk to downtown Hyannis and area beaches. Plenty of room for large family and dog to spread out. We were only disappointed when Keyes beach was closed during our stay because of bacteria, but that’s clearly not the owners’ fault.

Perfect for a large group
We had a slight hiccup at check-in as the code had been changed but Margaret was very responsive. And honestly, if that’s the problem I have for the day I’m having a pretty good day. The house was perfect for our large group and the amount of bathrooms was helpful. The proximity to the beach was great. Going down with a bunch of stuff was no problem (and it seemed we had a bunch of stuff). Also the Main Street was only about 3/4 mile which was nice too. I would recommend this for a large group for sure.

Thanks for your feedback. I hope that our immediate response with new pillow covers and bed pads rectified the issue. I regret that you had difficulty opening the lock box. Unfortunately I was in a church service when you first called at 2:34 and was only able to respond by text a few minutes later. Check in was at 3:00 and I was happy receive your text at 3:12 that your husband was able to open the lock box and get into the house. It was good to hear from you that you ended up having a wonderful stay at the house!

distance from the beach was the best part of this property. I was a bit disappointed with some aspects of the home that were not clear to me before booking. 1. the extra space downstairs smelled moldy and a bit stuffy inside. There is a dehumidifier, however it doesn't suffice. 2. there were no refills for handsoap or a long lighter to start grill or stove top (pilot light wasn't working). On the bright side, Margie was very accommodating and brought us what we needed ASAP. 3. many door knobs were loose and popped off. the keys to the front door did not work properly. Sinks didn't drain properly. 4. kitchen bay window leaked while it was raining outside and it was essentially raining inside. Despite some other minor things, the house served its purpose as a beach house and we had a nice time. Margie was responsive and helpful when we needed her.

Great location, clean, plenty of space
This house is perfect for families, or adults visiting the Cape. It has plenty of room for sleeping, the outdoor patio comfortably sits 9 people to eat around the table, as well as the breakfast nook and dining room. The downstairs apartment type area was an added bonus and would be a great area for teens or in-laws. The location was also perfect, it is right down the street from Kalmus beach and very close to Main St. and shopping area. The house was very clean and totally equipped for everything you would need, from cooking to beach toys and board games if it's raining.

Great Location
This property is within a short walk of several beaches. We had 10 adults and 4 children staying, and there was plenty of room for all of us. There was dining seating for all of us as well. The only drawback was the lack of stairs, inside the house, from the basement rooms to the main floor. It rained two of the days we were there and we didn't bring umbrellas with us so we ended up getting wet every time we needed to go downstairs/upstairs. There was lots of outside space and deck seating which we enjoyed when is wasn't raining and a garage full of beach accessories and other family games.

Plenty of room for plenty of fun
Lots of room for our group. Loved the decks and the playroom in the garage. House was very clean but some areas of the yard could use some attention. We didnt have any issues with mustiness or strange oders in the basement. There are extra dehumidifiers down there and it seemed fine to us. We did have to empty one of the dehumidifiers which was a little bit of a pain but it only took about a minute. Loved the location as well. Really close to Sea St beach and a medium walk to either Main St or Veteran’s beach. Street itself is pretty quiet.

I bit dissappointed - we made the best of it.
The house looks much better in the pictures. The house was a bit dirty, the grill was gross, the kitchen cabinets were falling apart, the dishwasher leaked and didn't dissolve the dish detergent (therefore was unusable), the patio furniture was dirty. The shower curtain in the small in law apartment was gross with mildew and there was a dead bug that had been killed a long time ago on the floor. The landscaping was overgrown. When we called for them to fix many items, we had to stay at the house with the maintenance people for over 6 hours, wasting almost an entire day. The house is very spacious and has lots of potential if they just cleaned it and kept it. I was disappointed for the price we paid. The woman we dealt with was very lovely and did her best. The owners need to invest some money in the house. Nevertheless we made the best of it. It is only 7 minutes from Craigsville Beach which is absolutely beautiful. I'll go back to Hyannis, just not this house.

Great spot for a large group
Charming beach house decor. Plenty of room for 8 adults and 7 kids. Convenient location. Easy to get to beaches and town center. Kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs. Second kitchen in lower level was helpful with additional refrigerator storage. Lots of board games in case of a rainy day (we were lucky and didn't have one). Game room in garage was full of beach essentials. Margie was very responsive. Stopped by to meet us and check out our concerns. Lower level was quite damp. We kept the air cleaners on the entire time and that helped dry it out. At times there was an unpleasant odor in the lower level. We enjoyed our visit to Hyannis.

UPDATE: the lower level is finished and a walk out with full sized windows on two sides. It is, however, still a basement, on Cape Cod, in the summer. There are two window ac units that typically keep the area cool and dry. Since it has been so muggy, the window ac units have not been able to keep up. The owners decided to augment the air conditioners with dehumidifiers. While there was no visible sign of mildew, we have also had the basement professionally cleaned from top to bottom...every surface and every nook and cranny with a non bleach mildew cleaner. There are also air purifiers in each room. The basement is dry as a bone with no musty smell. The owners and I take any issue around air quality very seriously. Great for large groups!! So cozy too!
This house was perfect for such a large group of us and so homey/cozy. There is a washer, drier, dishwasher, Keurig, iron, AC, and so many things you may need available. Also you can walk to the beach or Main Street easily! It was so perfect and convenient!! Only complaint is that a lot of stuff ran out on us, however I can’t even complain because Margaret was more than happy to deliver more stuff the next day! I believe it was just bad timing (: thank you for great hospitality and this amazing home for the week!

Great location for families

A great place to gather
Sixteen of us gathered for a family reunion in August. We were very comfortable with lots of bedrooms and baths. The house was well stocked with pots and pans, dishware, silverware, towels, and chairs and toys for the beach. The access to the beach was convenient, and downtown Hyannis is a 15 minute walk. It is certainly a great place to gather and spend time. The agency that manages the property was very helpful, cooperative and good to work with. We highly recommend it.

Very cute, unique house, plenty of room, lots of parking, game room was perfect for the rainy day, quick walk to the beach, hoppin downtown. Air Conditioners in every room, lots of indoor and outdoor seating, multiple entrances, kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to cook lots of great meals, fire pit with lots of seats. Great spot to vacation!

good location and lots of room
The house is close to beach and reasonably close to town where it is a little longer of a walk 15-20 minutes but workable. The cleaners that went into the house before we arrived really did a mediocre job at best but the owner indicated it was a new crew and seemed genuinely disappointed about the outcome. We had a minor problem with refrigerator that was off balance when we arrived and it was fixed two days later, a little late for a 3 day stay but it was addressed and was OK after fixing. We also managed to damage a wall when leaving which was handled by the insurance fortunately. We would give a five but for the cleaning, or lack thereof but assuming that is addressed in future, we would certainly recommend this location for a larger group of people.

Great place for families, large groups
The house was perfect for our large family who were attending a family wedding in Hyannis Port. The house has an incredible amount of space (seating and sleeping especially), giving us the ability to be both together and separate depending on our needs. The "game room" garage is terrific and the house has everything you could possibly need. Location is a big plus, just a short walk to the beach and parking is ample. Slight issue with the grill that we resolved fairly quickly. One suggestion is to have a key pad lock that would make it easier for groups to access the house at various times without hiding keys.

Great house!
This was our first time staying in Hyannis and it is a great location. There is a small convenience store within walking distance plus tons of stores and shops minutes away. The beach was just down the street and a quick walk. Tons of beach toys, chairs and a couple of beach carts were available for use. The house itself is large with plenty of room, everyone basically had their own bathroom! Very comfortable stay. Two of the bedrooms have a separate enterance in the basement and a small kitchenette as well. In addition, the garage has been made over into a little game room. It's was also a great place to securely store our bikes! highly recommend!
