House Filipin-Green Oasis
This old Dalmatian stone house is located in a quiet part of the wider city center near the famous Franciscan monastery. Only 500 m away from the city center and 100 m from the nearest beach and sea. Its uniqueness and main advantage is a large, beautiful garden (1200 m2) in which century-old trees grow and create shade which makes lying in deckchairs or drinking coffee on the garden terrace extremely pleasant. Indigenous plants such as olives, almonds, lemons and oranges grow in the garden.
