Quiet area staff was efficient and helpful, very hardworking people. We stay here often and have never had an issue. It's off to itself but close to mall and many dining options.

Tub-Shower curtain moldy, tub is stained, light out over table, fluorescent light blinking, towels threadbare need to replace, person checking us in was on the phone - didn't give us personal attention, bedsheets are not white - off white, - need to replace, the hallway on second floor only had the rug padding, no rug. That was dangerous for tripping. I did like the roomy suite.

I am saddened to hear that you did not like the front desk not giving you personal attention. You called the front desk informing him that the fluorescent light was blinking and the front desk told you that he would be there to take a look at it. Couple of minutes later you called the front desk and informed him that the light stopped blinking. The front desk still offered to come take a look at the light but you refused saying to take a look at it when you check out. The light over the table was not out because it has a separate switch on the closet wall which when we entered the room was not turned on. The rug padding on the second floor is temporary as we are remodeling the motel and are waiting for the new carpet. Customers would still complain if they would see concrete on the second floor hallway so that is why there was rug padding. Us been a brand of WYNDHAM, we have to order everything from WYNDHAM approved vendors. The vendors do not keep anything in stock so we had to give a special order for the carpet which can take up to 2-3 months. About 3:00 a.m. room next door was very loud. Only got about 4 hours of sleep. Went to have a continental breakfast at 6:00 a.m. and it wasn't ready. We were told it was served from 6 to 9. Place was nice and clean.

Sorry for any inconvenience caused but if the room next door was too loud you could have called from the room phone and informed us so that we could have called the room or knock on the door and tell them to lower down their voice. If the issue still continued we would have switched you rooms but you did inform us about the issue so how can we take care of that. We do serve continental breakfast from 6-9:30 and by the time you came to eat breakfast we were almost done setting up the breakfast. Hi Dennis, thank you for deciding to stay with us and sorry for the inconvenience caused but the hallway carpets are soon going to be changed. The hallway carpet is part of the renovation we are doing but since it is the DAWN package approved by WYNDHAM for all DAYS INN, no vendor have them in stock. We have to place a special order for them just like other DAWN package stuff which we have already ordered but the wait time for the hallway carpet is 2-3 months. When checking in the front desk representative confirmed with you the room type you booked but you said you booked a non-smoking room. When the front desk representative asked you to check the confirmation email, it clearly said Smoking two beds. The front desk representative would have switched you to a non-smoking room with two beds but we had no availability because of the NJCAA Basketball tournament. Your feedback is very important to us as here at Days Inn, we strive to continuously meet and exceed our guests' expectations.

This hotel should not even be offered via Expedia. Is run-down, broken down, in seedy area and looks nothing like the pics offered by Expedia. Continental breakfast is in my opinion the worst I’ve ever seen at any hotel in 40 years of travel. As an example when I poured milk on my stale cereal from a bulk dispenser… It had chunks and lumps. Building is under construction. There was no ice or vending machines on my floor. There is construction noise till 8 PM at night. The area is pled with homeless, abandoned cars, and in fact, there’s an abandoned hotel/convention center right next-door, drawling, less desirable types to the neighborhood. In fact, there were people sleeping in a white Ford Taurus in the parking lot of this hotel.

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience caused but the pictures offered on Expedia are exactly the same of how the property is. The reason the property looks broken down is because we have some construction work going on and you was made aware about that by the front desk when checking in. Your room was on the ground floor and our ice and vending machine are on the ground floor right next to office. The hotel is not full of homeless or abandoned car because we do not have any of that on our place. As for the abandoned hotel, that is an issue with the city not ours. The officers patrol the place once every night to make sure no issues are caused by homeless people on the property.

Room Good, Needs Updates and Smelly
Very dated and had an odd smell, almost like cat pee, in the hall ways, not in the room though. Was SO tired at check in, had to wait for someone to come to front, room key didn't work, had to go back to front desk, wait again while im carrying everything. Room was pretty cozy, but definitely needs some updates and to do something about the smell. Breakfast was good though and my room was quiet and dark, comfortable.

We are currently experiencing short staff that is why we have a sign at the front desk which says Dial 0 for immediate assistance. The reason the hallways smelled like cat pee was because we had guests with pets on your check in date. The key was working and the front desk walked up with you and showed you how to insert the key in the lock. Stayed here for the price. Got what I paid for. Hotel needs major upgrades. Shower floor was cracked and I was worried about pinching my foot in it. Water pressure was terrible.

The shower floor is not cracked because there is a drain hole to drain the water just in case there is water in the bathroom so that the guest do not slip and fall. The reason the water pressure was terrible was because you had booked a handicap room and if the water pressure is too high it can cause the guest to feel uncomfortable which can cause major accidents. Good for a sleeping place.
Bare bones stay. Breakfast is adequate for all. Carpeting is musty. No phone book, paper, eateries in/near hotel. This town shuts down by 9pm. Do any eating out/ shopping early! English is a second language for a lot of the staff.

Put the phone down!!
While the hotel and room were clean, it was a little dated. I wish clerk at check in was more attentive to his job and would put his phone away. The morning clerk was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Overall it was a nice stay.

The room smelt like smoke and was extremely small. The couch in the front lobby had clothes on it with no one in the lobby and cabinets were dirty. The rear exit door did not lock, key and door latch were missing. The room window was blocked by the pool utility room with a mattress laying on the ground to the left. The woman behind the counter was extremely rude when we told her we couldn't stay in that room. We never brought anything into the room and wanted our money back. She would not give us a receipt for the returned keys to show that we weren't taking the room. We have pictures of everything.

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience caused but you was provided a non-smoking room and there were no signs of smoking smell in the room and the room is the size of a standard room. If you needed a bigger room you should have booked a suite room or requested for a suite room. The reason the back door was not locked is because it serves as an exit and according to fire Marshall all exits needs to be remained unlocked for easy access for the guests to exit out the building in case of an emergency. The front desk lady was not been rude to you but you was the one that was trying to cross the line by trying to take pictures of her without her consent.

We cannot have a fence around because we have a public road that goes through the property. The property is located in a residential area and there is AutoZone, Kwik shop, Trade center, and Hutch Putt right next to the building. How many more neighbors do you need? The reason the back door is not locked is because it also serves as an exit and according to Fire Marshall laws all exits are supposed to be left unlocked at all times so that guests can exit out of the building quickly during an emergency. Hotel was clean. Service was fantastic. Our room was a little what I would call musty but they seemed to be taking steps to remedy this as while we were there they were actively replacing air conditioning units. Overall would recommend, room was quiet and clean. Basic breakfast was served each morning, no frills but it’s free and better than nothing!

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience caused but upon checking you had initially booked a smoking one bed and you wanted to switch to non-smoking. The front desk confirmed with you by having you check the confirmation email which clearly said smoking. You were upset because we did not had any regular queen size non-smoking rooms available and you wanted a NON-SMOKING room only and you had to pay additional 15 to upgrade to a NON-SMOKING SUITE.

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience caused but the towels are from WYNDRY PRIME which is the brand standard for WYNDHAM. The blankets are also of WYNREST which is the brand standards for WYNDHAM. The elevator is broken and the front desk representative did inform and apologize to you when checking in. The management is very aware that the elevator is broken and they have already taken action on it and they are waiting for parts to get the elevator repaired.
