There was several bugs/spiders within the home and ample spiderwebs. There is no dryer at the property and the BBQ was broken. The house and yard were spacious and the kitchen had all that we needed. It is only a few minutes' walk to the beach and creek which the kids loved (the house is on a busy road with no pedestrian crossing but it did not deter us). Would not recommend using the second set of bunk beds as the rail at the top was broken and it did not feel safe. Overall a great stay. ##### gaelle c. The house was in need of a proper clean. Lots of internal cobwebs. I washed everything that we used beforehand as it was clear the place only had a quick surface wipe over. There were previous people’s clothes in the bedside drawer as well. There was no washing basket despite a lovely big clothesline. On the wet days there was no clothes drying rack. One roll of toilet paper for a week stay isn’t practical either. Otherwise it was a spacious home and great location. ##### Rachael F.
