Brand New 7 bedroom, 6 bathroom Luxury home, sleeps up to 32 people and is perfect for large families! Hurricane, Utah is uniquely located just minutes away from Zion National park, several State Parks, breathtaking hikes, mountain biking and ATV trails. There are 2 reservoirs, dozens of beautiful golf courses and a variety of dining options in Hurricane and the surrounding areas. Zion Village features the largest and most beautiful pool & clubhouse in Southern Utah. In addition to the pool, a pool table, foosball table, lounge areas, a fire pit and full gym can be found at the clubhouse. This home features an open floor plan for gathering, a fully stocked kitchen, 3 patios, a 2-car garage, a washer a dryer on each level, 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and a room that doubles as a recreation room and a bedroom. The condo sleeps up to 32 people in 3 master suites, 2 standard bedroom and 2 bunk rooms that sleep up to 10 people each. After a day at Zion, on a trail, at the lake, on the links or at the pool, come home and unwind by watching TV, playing ping pong or double shot, playing one of 17,000 classic arcade games on a 4-player arcade, or one of 600 classic Nintendo games on a 2-player NES. YouTube TV is provided on all 6 TV's (Smart 4k UHD), which includes all the local channels, and most major sports, news, family and lifestyle networks. HBO, Showtime, Starz and Encore are also available through YouTube TV. The dining room offers plenty of seating with a large table that seats up to 12, a table on the nearby patio that seats 6 and up to 6 seats at the bar in the kitchen. Should you need extra seating, a 6' table and 6 chairs can be found in the garage. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities to prepare meals for the family, including a toaster, griddle, coffee maker (keurig and complimentary pods), waffle maker, large crock pot, hand mixer, blender, various pots, pans, casserole dishes, cookie sheets, pizza pans, measuring cups & spoons, mixing bowls, muffin tins, cutting boards, various knives, BBQ tools and cooking utensils. Dinnerware, silverware, kids-ware, bowls, mugs, glasses, cups, and wine glasses are also provided for your convenience. Two large sofas and a love seat surround a 75" TV and provide lots of comfortable seating options in the living room. The open floor plan provides a great view of the TV from the living room, dining room and kitchen. The main floor master bedroom (the Ocean room) has a king sized bed, a 55" TV, a dresser with a mirror, a night stand, a sitting area, and a pack-n-play. There is also a ceiling fan, a walk-in closet, a patio and an ensuite bathroom which features a double vanity and a large shower. The 2nd main floor bedroom (Queen room) features a queen sized bed, a 55" TV, a dresser, 2 night stands and a ceiling fan. The main floor bathroom is right outside this bedroom and has a large shower. The 1st upstairs master bedroom (Upstairs Master) has a king sized bed, a 55" TV, a dresser, 2 night stands, a loveseat and a pack-n-play. There is also a ceiling fan, a walk-in closet, a large patio (connected to the recreation room) and an ensuite bathroom which features a double vanity and a large shower. The 2nd upstairs bedroom (Coral Room) has a king sized bed, a 55" TV, a dresser with a mirror, 2 night stands, and a sitting area. There is also a ceiling fan, a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom which features a tub/shower. The 3rd upstairs bedroom (Girl's Bunk room) has 2 full-over-full bunk beds. Each bunk bed also has a twin trundle which allows up to 10 people to sleep in this bunk room. There is also a walk in closet and doll house with dolls and accessories. The 4th upstairs bedroom (Boy's Bunk room) has 2 full-over-full bunk beds. Each bunk bed also has a twin trundle which allows up to 10 people to sleep in this bunk room. There is also a closet and lego table. The bunk rooms are connected by a Jack-n-Jill bathroom. There are 2 separate vanity rooms (1 for each bunk room) with a shared room between them which includes a tub/shower and toilet. Side by side was loud. Nice to have 4 bedrooms with KS/QS and 2 bedrooms with 4 nice size bunkbeds in them and 6 full bathrooms. We had 12 of us, and we could have easily had 5 or 6 more and still fit comfortably. There were plenty of towels, kitchen gear, and space for all of us. The house was generally very clean when we got there. We did have an issue with some pet hair when we arrived. We had some people in our group with allergies, but thankfully not severe. We let the owners know, and they were quick to apologize and let us know they would talk with their cleaners. The only other complaint, and this is really a preference, but the queen and king-sized beds all had mattresses that were very hard. We prefer beds a bit softer, but this wasn't an issue for the couple of nights we stayed. We'd stay here again despite the small issues. ##### Ben D. The property is clean and well maintained. Plenty of sleeping room and activity space. We loved the pool including the lazy river. The only draw back is the limited parking space. Beds, beds, and more beds made it great for sleeping our whole group. Quiet neighborhood. The ping pong table and basketball game in the garage were perfect for keeping kids unplugged and a great way to connect generations. The pool area was great fun with all the kids and grandkids. It was clean, comfortable, and, spacious. It is next to the clubhouse, pool, parking, and is an end unit which makes it a little more private. It is conveniently located near stores and landmark destinations. Management was responsive and accommodating. A home environment filled with the amenities to entertain all ages! We needed a place to accommodate four families that wanted to see Zion NP. The house was more than perfect- we got out early to enjoy the park and came back at night to enjoy the pool with kids. The 2 kid bedrooms are so great. Our little girls enjoyed the large dollhouse in one of the kid bedrooms very much. Also our tween and teenagers loved the upstairs rec room which allowed the adults to enjoy time together downstairs in the family room. The garage came equipped with a pop a shot double hoop basketball game and ping pong table which was also a good source of entertainment for all. The pool was clean and has some unique touches like a lazy river that surrounds a fire pit and a splash pad with a water slide for 12 and under.
