It was a really lovely suite but a few things need to be sorted before it gets 5 stars. The pool area needed a bit more looking after. Stunning views though and very close to Zion Natural Park.

Good location with nice views and access to a larger town within driving distance. The property itself felt "unfinished" and the rooms felt diy with things falling apart. (Shower curtain too short to actually keep water in tub, broken plaster in hallways, and the main dining place felt more like a canteen than a dining experience. Having said that the price was good for a decent night's sleep.

An oasis in the middle of the desert. The unit was spacious, it did not feel cramped like regular timeshare units found in Vegas or in Orlando. It has relaxing views of the mountains around St. George, Utah. It’s a very relaxing place to stay for the night after a tiring day exploring the area and enjoying the heated pool and jacuzzi before going to sleep. The washer and drier is a plus .

This was an unbelievable value for our stay. $390 for darn near a house! Tons of space with a full size kitchen, living room, and dining room in the 3 bedroom Grand Suite. With enough beds to accommodate six people, the quality of the hotel room split amongst friends coming to golf, play pickleball, or ride ATVs, I simply can’t see how any other hotel in the area can compete on value and quality. I liked how close the property was to Sand Hollow reservoir. We could launch the boat in five minutes, or simply drive our side-by-sides from the resort to the dunes. There was plenty of parking for large trailers. The condo was sparkling clean, something my wife is very picky about. Everything was in good condition. We would stay here again and recommend it highly. One thing that could improve would be more room keys (two were provided) for when our adult children come, and more parking for additional vehicles. We had two of our married kids and their 1's who wanted to come and go at their own times and having additional key cards would simplify things.

We had a beautiful room, looked like new. However the resort is lacking atmosphere and shortly after 9pm the dining room and bar were closed. Being a resort which is quite some distance from Hurricane, guests need some form of entertainment in the evening. This will no doubt be addressed as the resort grows and attracts more clientele, then it will be wonderful.

This was a wonderful condo. We wish we would have stayed more than one night because it was such a wonderful property. There was six of us and we had a 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom condo. It was absolutely gorgeous and recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the area.

WiFi did not work at all and I had to work for part of the day. Found trash under bed and patio. Super thin sheets. No duvet. Thermostat sign is obnoxious. says don’t put it under 72 or they’ll charge you. Too warm to sleep. ‘Tv’ is a 23 inch computer monitor that didn’t work- wouldn’t connect to WiFi. No local channels. Restaurant not bad, but staff is not welcoming. They say ‘how can I help you’ with no smile like they would rather not be bothered with our presence. I’d pick regular chain hotel over this place.

Quite secluded desert area. Close to Sand hollow reservoir. Close to town and St George. Rooms had high ceilings and we're spacious with balcony. Hotel didn't feel crowded. Three nice pools. We didn't watch TV so it wasn't an issue but the TV was about the size of a computer screen lol. Everything was great for us. Property seemed newer and well kept. We would stay there again... especially for the low price compared to other options out there.

Southern Utah is a beautiful part of the country, this resort has some amazing views of the red mountains. The resort was well maintained, clean and the staff was very kind, from the golf pro shop to the front-counter folks. I will stay here again.
