They might not be able to handle noisy neighbors (a huge issue above us). Otherwise a great unit. Pool was overflowing with kids every night. Assuming here but over the Xmas holiday it appeared families had extended family over for the use of the hot tub and 3 pools, we never got in. Our neighbors above in L201 had 3-5 five to nine (?) year olds running EVERY morning and evening. Contacted Grand Welcome and advised they don’t manage unit but left a note on their door. It was ignored.
