We had to stay in this hotel for one week, was vomiting from the smell of dirty stained carpet everywhere, even in elevator. We had to leave this nightmare to another hotel, desert rose. I want to go to Tourism police and lawyer to assume Travelocity, you should visit the hotels before you put them in garbage and my words can't explain because it was worse. I off course want to be refunded, for your agency to make a hell of my holiday. Not to mention the taxi we had to provide by ourself to go from closed booked hotel to Emerald.
