It would be ideal if the WIFI structure in the facility and rooms was improved. WIFI in rooms only for an additional fee for 12GB (per week) (probably OK for older people, for the younger generation 12GB is daily use) Not to mention the constant visits from tour/photo/massage/portrait sellers - although I would pay more for not having them on site

I recently stayed at the Arabia Azur Resort with my family, and I'd like to share our experience. This review reflects both the positive aspects of our stay and areas where I believe the resort could improve. Positives: Food Variety and Quality: The meals at Arabia Azur Resort were a highlight, offering a wide range of options that catered to different tastes and dietary needs. Scenic Views: The resort boasts fantastic scenic views that added a special charm to our stay. Reasonable Pricing: The pricing was quite reasonable, aligning well with the quality of services and amenities provided. Areas for Improvement: Parking: The parking facility is located at a sister hotel, requiring a 3-5 minute walk. This setup can be inconvenient, particularly when carrying luggage or making frequent trips to the vehicle. Hotel Layout: Our initial room placement in separate buildings was not ideal for a family stay. However, the staff were helpful in relocating us to the same building, which was much appreciated. Sound Insulation: The sound insulation could be enhanced, as noises, especially footsteps in corridors, were noticeable at night. Beverage Selection: An expanded complimentary beverage menu would be a welcome addition. The property it’s self was beautiful. Sits right on the Red Sea and also has a large pool. We felt safe with the property being gated and lots of security. The rooms were spacious, good shower pressure and the a/c worked great. Incredible view if you have a lagoon view, nice balcony with seating area. The beds were extremely hard and very uncomfortable. At one point I considered sleeping on the couch as it was softer. The food was very bland and very little variety. The same thing 4 times out of the week changing up one or two things. Overall we had a great experience but I would not return. I need something with more comfortable bedding and much better food.

We love it! My husband and I spend 4 days here and have a wonderful time! We where giving tips to the employees specifically at the restaurants if not they do not care much about you, is egypt ( everything is about money) and don’t give me wrong, we always tip everywhere but here is important for you to have a better stay. Pay for the room with sea view because i pay for a normal room and they send me to the last room, far far away from everything, the resort is huge, so it took us like 15 min to go from room to the beach or from room to restaurant, so i recommended to pay more for the view and location. The resort is amazing, super clean, the housekeeper where amazing, they did a decoration with the towels and left fruit basket in the room , it was a great and pleasant surprise that make us feel special. We will definitely stay here again!

I had an excellent time , the staff was highly accommodating and friendly. The resort was a dream with the views of the sea and lagoon. The buffet food was not amazing however it was edible , the only recommendation would be to add some more spice. Would recommend to keep pool open after 6pm also.

It was a very good experience, we enjoyed our stay. Good service, fast and friendly staff Great Location and a lot of activities: pool, beach, lagoons, tennis and squash. even it was almost full capacity but you won't feel it because it's a big resort. Furniture and rooms are old and mattress was not good.

The reception and the housekeeping are the icon for this property, fast check in and quick room assistance, the animation team program was not that clear when and where when we first check in but was fun when you know where it is, Mr Hani at the reception was a great understanding professional. Pool bar and waitress are not that good or helpful as they choose special customers only to serve while in pool, depends on nationality and they ignore the rest which is totally unprofessional,food is average but different choices, breakfast usually great to start the day with.

Truly a mediocre resort. Pros: * big pool, nice lagoon and marina, free food and local alcohol Cons: * food and alcohol were truly terrible * front desk staff were rude and didn't speak much English When we arrived, they put us in a twin room even though we had paid for a king. When we asked to be moved, they said "well you can just push the beds together" and didn't offer any apology for messing up our reservation. I paid €30 for a massage and the guy had no idea what he was doing - the only time I really felt anything was when his fingernails were digging into my skin. The whole place is extremely tacky, the staff hate their jobs and it shows.

The location of the hotel is near all services The check-in and choosing the room was quick The reception manager (Mr Mohammed) was very friendly and professional The food was varied and delicious , and the staff were friendly and helpful The beach is sandy and the animation team on the pool added so much fun My only comment is the far distance from the room to the restaurant , and elevator will be nice addition The overall experience is great , we enjoyed our stay so much

Excellent hotel in everything, we definetly enjoyed our stay to the fullest. Everything is excdllent; service is amazing they would do everything you asked for quickley and perfeclty, staff are so polite and helpful. Beaches and pool are amazing, sea at arabia azur resort is really amaazing with more than one place to get in the sea, also pool is very good with the music always playing on the pool and so many activoties to do. Food is various and of good quality, drinks are also very good. Amimation team are wonderful and they do alot of fun activities to make you happy. Overall is a great experoence and you woll enjoy your stay

The overall experience was nice , friendly staff , specially the receptionist Mr.Hany was professional. The recreation Mr.ali, Mr saleh , were very friendly & helpful .the animation specially Mr.Peter was very funny and decent, caring about the guests, marking sure they enjoy , the view was nice from the room , The pool and the peach were clean. The housekeeper Ehab was very very rude, and dirty. The food was not pleasant , not delicious , lack of variety. Very poor snacks 😒 The pool closes at 5:30pm which is very early awhile before sunset .

Good budget hotel
The beach was very good and they have many lagoons the pool was crowded and they close the pool that have bar inside it ...There is no smiles on the staff faces at all and they shouting to each other all the time ..The managers were so old and we don't feel their existence we feel that there is a problem in managing this hotel because its appears on the staff faces ...we didn't find any help when we need ..many bars and restaurants were closed also the bar on the beach don't have all drinks as example the wine is only in the pool bar which is so far also there is no snacks on the beach!!!! Its only on the pool and only one type ..Also the food taste was so so bad we don't know what to eat and there were no variates to choose between ...The check-in was quick but he don't tell us anything to explain the hotel also the checkout was quick....also the espresso and cappuccino were the worst ever we drink..The hotel placed in a very good area surrounding with many pharmacies markets and restaurants also wifi is only in lobby :( The room was good but need some renovation..the best thing to do in this hotel is to stay on the beach and enjoy the sun and view and use the limited drinks available in it.

Concerning the hot drinks, we are contracted with one of the top well known international brands of coffee supply and coffee machines are used in all our bars, we had never received such complaint concerning the coffee. Very nice and quiet hotel
Excellent swimming pool ( need to fix the shower because no shower working near to the beach or the swimming pool ) Very nice beach and its possible to do snorkeling in a part of the beach. Clean rooms Professional staff Good quality of food & beverage

Impressive !
All was good The sea is so amazing and very clean. Sika in the animation team is very friendly and cute. Rooms are clean and wide. My only comment is the food, the breakfast was good but for the lunch and dinner the food needs more variety. We stayed 3 days and we had the same choices everyday ( only 4 or 5 options only ). If you just can increase the quality of food and add more variety it'll be great.

I enjoyed the resort overall. Things were closed due to covid. And although the room was nice with wonderful view of Red Sea it had a musty smell. The staff was excellent. And the food choices could of been better it was the samething for each breakfast, lunch, and dinner. But I would definately go back. Very nice and convenient to a lot of places.

Amazing Hotel
Nice place very clean and staff was wonderful . They go above and beyond to help customers. Rooms are beautiful and clean. The view is the best.
