Our guests have access to 1/2 acre of fields around the home to enjoy the sunshine and 70 acres of private parkland across the road crossed with nature trails (easy and challenging trails to choose from) Enjoy an invigorating walk to the waterfront where you can access canoes and kayaks to enjoy the serenity of a river paddle. The property is kept up extremely well - everything is clean and you have everything you need - tea and coffee, bathrobes, towels, etc. The hot tub was the best I have been in. At -10 outside, being half-opened, it not only kept the temperature but it was even able to warm up further! Having a small fireplace with already pre-cut wood was absolutely amazing. The only downside I would mention is a potential lack of total privacy in the Summer as there is a children playground just to the side of the mini-house which is quite close to the property with no fence.
