They had no place to hang our clothes and the carpet in the hallway and in the rooms was filthy

Unfriendly. Minimum conversation when asking about the area. Im from out of town. Then i asked did the money come off my card after he took 100 cash for deposit. He held up my signature and said thats you isnt it you can go.
This was a very ghetto hotel. They charged a $100 deposit that is gonna take them a week to get back to me, the hotel smelled like weed from the time we got there and the cops had to evict someone who was fighting in a room while we were there.

Staff didn't bother to be stand up upon arrival. Remote doesn't change channels, but TV buttons do. Takes me back to when I was a kid. Not good for a hotel though.

Would not be a choice next time. Room was not maintained, amenities were not there, some lights in the room were not working and breakfast was fool people choice.
It's an old property with a nice paint. Job looks great in the pictures sketchy it's one of the places that you look at the bedsheets and say I wonder if they were changed

Room was clean and bed was comfy. Nice selection of TV channels. The electrical outlet in the bathroom had a small gap between the wall and fixture. Not a huge deal but attention to detail comed to mind.
Pool was closed for no apparent reason.
Odd thing is you had to "sign up" for breakfast every day and then pick it up in the AM. Limited to one item from each category.
Smokers were consistently sitting outside the back door near the pool and used that area as their smoking lounge.
Lots of dining options in the area. Walmart is 3 minutes away.

Had to wait a long time to check in. Bathroom door did not close much less lock. The breakfast was reflective of Covid. A small muffin, small granola bar and a small apple in a small brown paper bag. No gym or fitness center. Dirty underwear, dirty socks and garbage under both beds. Musty odor in room. Would NOT recommend.

The room was pristinely clean, which is the most important matter. The air conditioner worked just fine, and the space was very roomy. However the hotel is somewhat run down.The automatic doors in the lobby were not working, nor was the elevator.

Person behind counter in a tank top and her bra strap was twice the width of her shirt. No one in any type of uniform or name tags worn. The breakfast area was not being used, you had to fill out a paper of apple/orange muffin/brownie and a flavor of fruit bar. Pool was to open 1jun, found empty 7jun. Room carpet stains. Mold on ceiling in bathroom. paint peeled on walls. light bulbs missing in bathroom and sleeping area. only thing good was no bed bugs. They also made you put 100 dollar deposit which I didn't get back til I called about it. Never Again. Spend a little more and go someplace else.

The hotel advertised that there was a pool, however there was no water in the pool. The mattress on one bed was in need of replacement. The shower had stains and looked dirty. The carpet had a sticky feel to it.

There was bad mold smell in our room. We had to go back several times because the key card would not work. And it advertises as having a pool, which it does but no water was included. The staff was friendly enough.

They pool is not open due to leak under the pool and the city is addressing the situation. Key cards cannot be left in the sun or next to any electronic device like a phone or they demagnitize. .
