"My day started off with a bang! My car broke down leaving me stranded with my two chihuahuas for 2 hours on an interstate where the speed limit was 80 mph. After finally getting a wrecker to tow my car and being driven to the hotel it was 11:00 a.m. and even though they normally have a 3:00 p.m. check-in this hotel let me check in at 11:00 and I was so grateful. The room was very clean everything worked perfectly and I didn't have to sit outside till 3:00 with my two dogs and all of my luggage waiting for a room to become available. Thanks to the staff for being so helpful and understanding and not even charging me for an early check in!"

Good grief, I need to turn a written copy in. Is it too much to let me verify..while I am there... what I was charged, and provide me a paper receipt? Not impressed!!! "
