"No doubt the hotel was good , my kids found room to be pretty good but I was surprised to come to know that they were charged for the water bottles .In every hotel , two water bottles per day are complimentary kept along with electric ketttle and tea and coffee stuff but they were charged of the water bottles .This was something the hotel should not have charged for .Rest they enjoyed a lot and had a good experience Thanks "

"Very family friendly lovley staff very helpful coffee shop at the fount pool area is amazing foe everyone to enjoy rooms are clean and Fresh would strongly recommended anyone in the area to stay here and also the water you can walk along the path and see the swans and the fish my children had a ball this is our second time staying here and don’t have a bad thing to say at all "

"Stayed here 2 nights. Booked because of the round bath and was not disappointed by the whole experience. The room was clean, staff were great and the room was nice and quiet and though the pub was right next door. It's great that you can go for breakfast right next door too. We chose to have dinner in the pub on the Saturday night and it was fantastic too. Will definitely recommend ANC stay again. "

"Deliberately picked a particular unit that had what was necessary for my assistance Dog, but when we got there, the unit was completely different. Behind cupboards was absolutely filthy on top of power boards. The bedroom never look like it was vacuumed., But overall the apartments are well equipped quite and located in a good spot. Just need all money spent on maintenance and cleaners with a better idea for detail."

"Property smelt musty and laundry room had bad odor.Dog mess found in the yard before we arrived.No check in instructions received. Had to call 4 times before a answer. No response to messages via app."

"Over priced the ladies that manage the unit are rude, they will not try to accommodate in anyway. Nothing special "

"Stayz advertised that book in time was 2pm and we were early so agreed to pay an early fee of 20 to get in an hour early.We were charged 40 because host says there book in time was 3 pm, 20 per hour. We actually booked in at 1:15pm after I rang because we hadn’t received book in details. Couch in lounge terrible to sit on. TV’s old and main TV remote stuck together with sticky tape and only works now and then. Air conditioner in Bedroom very noisy. Won’t stay there ever again."
