"One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. What I thought would be a typical hotel was an attentive and friendly General Manager with a staff to match! Everyone took care of guests like they were hosting in their own homes. I can’t wait to come back to Baltimore "

"Beds were comfortable and rooms clean but some people were outside the property shouting all night until 3:30 in the morning. Also be wary in the late evening in the area as there groups of kids on bikes who will grab and steal anything dangling off a person: son’s beats were stolen. Never saw any police presence."

"I wouldn’t recommend staying at this place if you are planning for family fun vacation. Although property is 4* and shows having pool and restaurants, we didn’t find it useful. Pool was extremely small compared to the size of the property & also not maintained. It had water all over the place and no towels. Staff was extremely unfriendly with no proper details about the property shared. Room was having issues with coffee machine and also water leaking. It was a disappointing experience overall staying at this place:"

"The rooms were nice, but there was a complete lack of amenities. I stayed at a cheaper hotel, and we received better amenities. The shoppette had a terrible selection, and the drinks were barely stocked. You pay double for parking compared to local parking garages among other things . I feel like for the location, name. And expectation the experience could have been way better. There were cheap blankets, sink was clogged, shower floor was stained and the elevator was very dirty. "

"Overall had a good three-night stay. Room was spacious and had a mini-fridge, microwave, and in room safe which are all good things. Hallways were quiet at night although there was outside noise (sirens) in the early evenings but that is to be expected in a dense urban area. Unfortunately, the hotel wifi signal in my room was not that great but there was a signal so strength may depend on where one is located. Lots of food options both inside and the immediate area around the hotel. Also is near a light rail line that goes to BWI. Bathroom was definitely older vs the rest of the room, but it served its purpose well for my needs. Only real issue I had was that my room only had one small trash can in the bathroom. Really should have been 2 or 3 cans in there but I had a large paper bag to compensate. Room also could have used one more lamp to brighten things up more but that is just personal preference. Did not have any encounters of the paranormal variety if that means anything. "
