"A lovely 'home from home' holiday cottage with everything you need for a relaxing family break. The cottage was very clean, warm, cosy and spacious. It was ideal for what we wanted."

"House is very well located for Hunstanton seafront. The house was very comfortable and spacious, we stayed as 6 adults and 1 toddler. The driveway for parking was so helpful we managed to park two large cars one infront of the other but if you opened the gate you could’ve possibly parked another. The host was very helpful sharing information and checking in with us during the stay. The washing machine had broken prior to our stay but the host responded very quickly and was very apologetic. Would definitely stay again. "

"Although the hotel has the status Manor it was a bit tired in some areas. The breakfast area needed to be stocked up a few times and ran out of a couple of things. Staff mainly helpful and friendly Ordered food from the lunchtime menu when we arrived and the prawns in our food were a bit hard and the pasta was not linguine it was tagliatelle. Arrived back not too late from our party and the hotel bar was shut "

"We had a wonderful holiday in Hunstanton. This is a lovely property in an excellent location. Lots of space for 3 families (6 adults and 6 children). It was great to have separate living areas and the pool table was a big hit especially in February when the weather was a bit iffy. The house is in a peaceful location with the ocean and shops a few mins walk away.The kitchen was well equipped with lots of plates and crockery for 12 and clean and tidy for our arrival. We would love to visit again! "

"Very welcoming host and great communication.Well equipt, lovely cottage. All 6 of us slept extremely well, beds were very comfortable!The cottage is in an excellent location, 2 minute walk to a local Sainsburys and 10 minute walk to shops, pubs, restaurants, sea front - lots to do.Would definitely revisit!"

"The self catering flat was clean, well equipped particularly in the kitchen and living room with fans, jigsaws and dvds galore. There were even binoculars to better appreciate the sea views. "

I had to chase to get check in details and no instructions were provided to find the key lock box on the dark.The location is good but the house just felt a bit grubby, with mould growing all up the wall in the ensuite.We tried to get in touch with the host about the overflowing bin that was there on arrival (which we had to sort ourselves) but received no reply on the number provided. Booking through Vrbo was a disaster - I had to phone another company entirely to make payment.I've been coming to North Norfolk for over 40 years and this year's accommodation was a disappointment,"
