« So pleased we picked Ffolkes for our stay, we had a brilliant time. The facilities are all spotlessly clean, the staff were really friendly and helpful and it was just a very pleasant stay. The spa has a number of different hot and cold experiences which were all excellent. We stayed in the spa loft room with cinema baths and dart board area. « We booked this property as the picture on website looked nice. It said we would share bathroom only with people in our party, this was booked as non-refundable. We only book properties with en-suite usually but as said it would only be shared with our party. Once booking came through I checked the postcode and found that the property was down a private road which you could not view on google maps.
