"We booked this property as the picture on website looked nice. It said we would share bathroom only with people in our party, this was booked as non-refundable. We only book properties with en-suite usually but as said it would only be shared with our party. Once booking came through I checked the postcode and found that the property was down a private road which you could not view on google maps. "We had a wonderful holiday in Hunstanton. This is a lovely property in an excellent location. Lots of space for 3 families (6 adults and 6 children). It was great to have separate living areas and the pool table was a big hit especially in February when the weather was a bit iffy. The house is in a peaceful location with the ocean and shops a few mins walk away.The kitchen was well equipped with lots of plates and crockery for 12 and clean and tidy for our arrival. We would love to visit again! "

"A lovely hotel, with great walks along the beach just 5 mins from the hotel. Staff are very welcoming, the bar is cozy, the restaurant is great and the rooms lovely. And it's very dog friendly with a dog shower that is great after a long walk. Have been before and will come again! "

"Very welcoming host and great communication.Well equipt, lovely cottage. All 6 of us slept extremely well, beds were very comfortable!The cottage is in an excellent location, 2 minute walk to a local Sainsburys and 10 minute walk to shops, pubs, restaurants, sea front - lots to do.Would definitely revisit!"

"What a super large house with everything we needed for a wide age range of family members. All the bedrooms were ready for us as expected. We were particularly impressed with the kitchen diner facilities which meant that we could cook for a large number easily. Having 2 fridges was really helpful. Loved having use of the BBQ which we used twice and were able to sit outside to eat. Great location and parking out the front was plentiful. We all said we would return. Thanks for having us."
