The staff at the desk, took a really long time at check out. They were about to charge me twice for the room. I had already paid through expedia (paypal) and once there they ask me for my credit card to freeze an amount for safety (which is fine) but since they had my card in the system, they were about to do a check out on the card that was holding the safety deposit. I had to insist that I had previously paid the rental of the room through expedia(paypal). It was a bit long and uncomfortable in front of my guest.

Absolutly nothing. The hotel was a construction site. Dusty, noisy and some of the staff at the reception were rude and unprofessional!

Was very dissapointed for the price i paid. Turn down services were very disorganised. Check in was disorganized and not very friendly. Renovations going on all over the place. Found a wet bag in the closet with wet clothes and contraception. The only really good thing was the breakfast. Will not be returning.

The hotel is under renovation in 3floor. The carper look terrible every floor Anyway i was not satisfied . Never again thanks.

Terrible unfortunately Arrived late evening (live out of town) and had to wait almost 20 minutes (one person at counter with a cudtomer) No greeting or anything. When it was our turn we were told to then wait for someone else to assist us (he just came in and it took him some time to log into the computer adding to the frustration). He was abrupt and very unfriendly, twice i told him i dont speak French, only Englush and he just seemed like he didn't understand me. When i arrived to my room, i discovered this was not what i reserved. There was a twin/double bed ( vs King that i reserved), a "fake" phone (or so it seemed) that wasnt connected., no towels. I then had to return to the main floor (reception) with my luggage) to let them know and the same gentlemen that helped me earlier (again, poor command of English) didnt initially understand me, and then proceeded to tell me i must have made a mistake when i booked. I told him i could provide proof - he then abruptly changed my room, no smile/apology, amd so i went back upstairs to the new room. The new room was a disaster: No towels (had to wait almost half hour sfter reporting this) Fridge not working (checked to see if it was plugged in and it was). Reported this as well - no action taken - had to throw out food as a result No couch or Tub (despite asking and as shown in pictures online) Extremely poor service Ovell, i hope someone can look into this. After a very long day, i did bot appreciate all these problems.

Room 134 is looking very tired, bathroom only place that is decent. The floors are finished, the desk is old and scrappy, I would not have anything like that in my home. The ac has been fixed (?) with a plaster on it, disgusting! There are drill holes in the wall that were never plastered. The carpet in the hallway is so old and very dirty. I used this hotel many times , but won't anymore as it is not worth the money. Rather pay a little more for a better place.

Liked nothing - paid 60 more than other guest they say because I used Expedia. No amenities available such as vending machine for water or pop, none of the ice machines worked on any floor. floors in hallway very dirty, room stuffy, bed soft pillows hard. Checkin took 45 minutes. Met angry guests that found a cockroach in their bathtub (photo proof shown to me) do not recommend

As for microwaves, you have them at the end of the hallway of your floor. The staff and workers were good but the the cleanliness of the rooms was horrible. I switched rooms 3 times during my stay and the manager did I would get a discount but in the end when it came to checkout I got nothing! I will never stay there again, not will I recommend to anyone! Traumatizing stay I endured.

It was a great location. It was about a 15 minute drive to Nordik spa and a short walk to the casino.

The pictures are not representative of the property. The whole hotel smelled vaguely of moisture, and the carpets and walls in the halls were dirty. The room was extremely dimly lit - I could not put my makeup on in the bathroom, so had to do that in the car! I tried to turn on a lamp in the corner of the room, only to discover there was no light bulb. When I tried to call the front desk to ask about getting a light bulb, I realized the phone did not work. he phone did not work, and there were cobwebs by the door of my room. Adding insult to injury, I could not control the temperature in my room, so roasted the entire night. Will definitely not be returning.

First of all, no room cleaning was provided even after I have requested them!! I stayed there for 3 nights with out room cleaning service. TV in the room is a smart tv actually but all the options are disabled on it!! Strange that it does not have the option to connect to wifi… and the guy in the reception has lot of attitude in answering the guests. Do not recommend this place!!!

Where do we start? The customer service and front desk staff were less than helpful. The room was disgusting. There was soap scum in the tub, dust over the bed, dirty sheets, the blow dryer didn’t work and the shower head was barely hanging on the wall. We decided to leave after the second day . My boyfriend accidentally left his clothes in the closet. We called and first I was told that cleaning staff had left and we’d have to call back the next day. My boyfriend called back. The gentleman was extremely rude and asked what the problem was now and gave him a difficult time. The hotel was under renovation, there was no where to buy a drink and when we asked for clean sheets the housekeepers only came in and remade the bed with the dirty sheets. We will never stay here again.

The room we stayed in was NOT cleaned, they barely made the beds, DEFINITELY DID NOT change the sheets and because of that both our beds had TICKS in them!!! One person got bit by one and it got stock in his chest, which caused the rest of our evening to run from a pharmacy to another to know what to do since that was the first time we encounter such a situation! It was a horrible situation and the night shift staff barely cared, even said he wasn’t sure it’s even from the hotel room. We had to go back to our room and we found others pretty easily, took pictures to show him. What really traumatized us even more is that IT WAS NOT AN ISOLATED SITUATION!!! The day manager confirmed that a week prior the same thing happened with other clients and nothing was done to resolve the cleaning problem this hotel has!

I wish. There was a way to connect the Xbox to the Internet and being able to watch TV show true Xbox because I don't like watching cable tv it pretty basic and most of the shows on TV are extremely boring so my. Advice is to have Ethernet box to plug the Xbox and or PlayStation any gaming concel to have a diverse entertainment
