Terrible unfortunately
Arrived late evening (live out of town) and had to wait almost 20 minutes (one person at counter with a cudtomer) No greeting or anything. When it was our turn we were told to then wait for someone else to assist us (he just came in and it took him some time to log into the computer adding to the frustration).
He was abrupt and very unfriendly, twice i told him i dont speak French, only Englush and he just seemed like he didn't understand me.
When i arrived to my room, i discovered this was not what i reserved. There was a twin/double bed ( vs King that i reserved), a "fake" phone (or so it seemed) that wasnt connected., no towels.
I then had to return to the main floor (reception) with my luggage) to let them know and the same gentlemen that helped me earlier (again, poor command of English) didnt initially understand me, and then proceeded to tell me i must have made a mistake when i booked. I told him i could provide proof - he then abruptly changed my room, no smile/apology, amd so i went back upstairs to the new room.
The new room was a disaster:
No towels (had to wait almost half hour sfter reporting this)
Fridge not working (checked to see if it was plugged in and it was). Reported this as well - no action taken - had to throw out food as a result
No couch or Tub (despite asking and as shown in pictures online)
Extremely poor service
Ovell, i hope someone can look into this. After a very long day, i did bot appreciate all these problems.
