"For not knowing much of Houston it was a great stay, good area, staff was helpful easy check in and check out, still waiting for deposit and its been 6 days so far"

"We were hung up on twice calling for the shuttle, our room had bugs, live and dead all over the room and bathrooms, we were given a new room however it was a king size bed when I originally booked 2 queens as there were 3 of us. We were offered a roll out however we had to go get it do to staffing levels. We paid for a late check out and were kicked out of our room. Would not recommend this place. "
